热身运动是我们做任何运动之前必须注意的一个重要步骤，至于选择何种方式的热身运动会因人、项目不同而有所差异。一般说来，热身运动方式以选择该项目相近的运动为佳，至于要选择何种方式？也因个人的喜好而有所不同，如慢跑、舞蹈、球类及其它特殊的方式。但我们不要忘了，要先暖身再做伸展操。最后再做些与运动项目相关的活动，如冲刺、跨栏、试掷及其它相关项目的活动。如此才能快快乐乐、平平安安的运动，得到健康的成果，而不致于败兴而归─未得健康的身体，反得运动伤害 热身应占运动总时间的10%～20%。例如实行1小时的有氧运动，热身时间应该在6-12分钟范围内。同时依据年龄、竞技或非竞技、运动项目、个人体质差异、季节及气温不同，热身运动所需的时间也会不同。一般来说，身体微微出汗，便能够结束热身运动，也可用心跳次数做为热身运动结束的标准。热身运动时的心率达到最大运动心率的60%～70%即可。 1、热身时主要几处应该被拉伸的肌肉：大腿后部、大腿内侧、小腿、背部。 拉伸大腿后部肌肉： 坐在地上，右腿在体前伸直，左腿弯曲，外侧贴近地面，与右腿组成三角形，背部挺直，从胯部开始前倾，双手抓住右脚脚尖，保持这个姿势30秒，手触脚尖时不允许有弹动式动作(触不到脚尖也没关系)。换腿做。每条腿拉伸3-5次。 拉伸大腿内侧肌肉——方法一 坐姿，双脚脚底在身前相互贴紧，膝盖向外撑并尽量靠近地面，双手抓住双脚踝，保持这个姿势，数10，放松，然后重复3-5次。 拉伸大腿内侧肌肉——方法二 坐姿，双脚在体前伸直并分开，保持背部和膝盖部挺直，从胯部向前屈体，双手从腿内侧去抓住双腿的脚踝，保持这个姿势，感觉大腿内侧被拉紧，放松，然后重复3-5次。 拉伸小腿（后部）肌肉 俯身，用双臂和一条腿(伸直，脚尖着地)支撑身体，另一条腿屈于体前放松，身体重心集中于支撑脚的脚尖处，脚跟向后、向下用力，感觉到小腿后部肌肉被拉紧，保持紧张状态，数10 ，放松，重复3次，然后换另一条腿做3次。 拉伸背部肌肉 坐姿，双腿在提前贴紧伸直，上身前倾用手指去碰触脚尖，尽量让腹部胸部靠近腿部，保持20秒，放松。然后重复3-5次。 2、热身时需要活动的关节：肩关节、胯关节、膝关节、踝关节。 肩部环绕练习 直立，双腿分开与肩同宽，手臂自然下垂，腹部用力收紧，双肩利用肩背肌群力量向后环绕10次，再向前环绕10次。单肩左右交替向后环绕、向前环绕各10次。 ?摆胯及绕跨练习 直立，双腿分开略比肩宽，双腿微屈，手放在胯骨上。上身正直，利用腰胯力量使胯部左右摆动各10次，注意腹部收紧。然后顺时针逆时针环绕各10圈。 ?扭膝旋转练习
