抱箍式低温支架在天然气放空管线中的应用摘要:结合天然气站场内放空管线的脱落现象,分析其成因,并介绍了采用抱箍式低温支架的设计过程及实际运行效果。
关键词:天然气放空管线脱落抱箍式低温支架LNG接收站高压加压单元的主要设施是高压泵,而站场外输天然气的动力来源主要来自高压泵的加压,目前普遍采取的是给LNG加压后直接气化外输。
在其工艺流程中,放空管线起着均衡压力的作用。
按其工艺设计原理,管道中应为气相天然气。
但实际运行过程中,往往其间是气液两相的混合体。
尤其在高压泵启停期间,随着LNG外输负荷变化引起的流量波动,流体经过弯头、异径、控制阀等部件,压降不同,转变成系统振动的激励源,如果激发频率和管道结构固有频率相近就会产生共振,会对管道造成不利影响。
因此,采取必要的措施固定放空管线是消除振动的有效途径。
在某天然气站场内,新增了2台高压泵。
而其中的新增高压泵区的DN200天然气放空管线上的3个低温支架,连同管道一道从钢结构支座上滑落。
(见图1)设计单位和低温支架制造单位派员来现场调研,并召开讨论会,分析原因。
经检查现场,核对设计资料,发现设计有错误。
设计院在设计这一段管道时,应力分析报告中12530设定为限位支架,轴向力36 KN,但在施工用图中,错误地表示为普通承重架,没有限位功能。
按照原工艺设计,天然气放空管线内应为低流速气相,但操作中发现时有LNG 流入,LNG在管内形成水锤冲击,造成了管线离位滑脱。
(见图2) 其中对管系附加的位移DX及DY达到29 mm,产生很大的位移应力。
根据应力分析计算,设计单位在会上提出了两种方案:(1)把此管线放空:管线放空后,管线的复位更容易,且更安全,此时焊接已成为可能,应把12530处的承重架恢复为限位架。
但管线放空需要把2台新高压泵中的一台也同时放空,工作量很大。
(2)DN200管线不放空:在这种情况下应把12570处的承重架改为导向架,此时增加水平推力650 kg,钢结构应加强。
