液晶电视快速操作引导连接信号设备连接其它信号介绍（HDMI、电脑VGA）6▪按照正确的极性装入电池，以避免电池短路。
▪当电池电压不足时影响遥控器距离，此时应更换新电池，如果长期不用遥控器或电池耗尽时，将电 池取出。
▪勿混用不同类型电池（如碱性电池和锰锌电池等混用），或新旧电池混合使用，如果电池更换不当 会有爆炸危险，只能用同样类型或等效类型的电池来更换。
▪请勿将电池投入火中、充电或分解，以不污染环境的方法处理电池，遵守相关环保规定废弃电池。
▪电池（电池包括组合电池）不得暴露在诸如日照、火烤或类似过热环境中。
▪使用遥控器时应将其指向遥控感应窗。
遥控器和遥控器感应窗之间放置的物品可能会妨碍正常操 作。

1 2 装入两节七号电池。
安装电池时，请将电池的两极与遥控器背壳上的（+）和（-）标记相对应。
3 关闭电池仓盖。
如果您无法使用遥控器来操作彩色电视机的各项功能，请更换遥控器内的电池。

UOC3+GM5221液晶电视原理及维修简要说明——LCD2003EU/TLM1588/TLM2077一、方案概述本机采用LG-PHILIPS公司的20.1英寸高亮度、高对比度、宽视角电视专用液晶屏。
图像处理部分由GENESIS公司的嵌入式芯片GM5221(其中包括CPU、A/D转换、SCALER、DEINTERLACE部分），PHILIPS的模拟解码，图文，丽音处理芯片UOC3，成都旭光的频率合成式高频头TDQ-6FT/W124H等组成。
二、原理说明（参照电路图）(一)、电源部分本机工作时有12V、5V、3.3V、1.8V、33V等多组电压。
(1) 12 V部分由内置电源直接供给直流12V，由于内置电源是作为一个部件采购，这里就不在详细描述其工作原理。
本机需要12V供电的部分有：伴音功放N601 (解码板TDA1517P)、耳机功放N600(解码板TDA2822M)、逆变器（INVERTER)、升压模块N401(解码板BA6161N)。
⑵5V部分本机由集成电路U9(主板LM2576-5.0)及其外围电路构成了一个降压型开关电源。
通过这个开关电源，将12V直流电压变为5V直流电压为整机供电。
在这个电路中，U9相当于一个起开关作用的功率晶体管，L10(100yH)为储能电感，D3 11N5822)为续流二极管，由于工作于开关方式，使其输出负载电流大（3.0A)，电源转换效率高(77%)发热量小，可以采用铜箔散热的方式。
同时，本电路还具有输出限流，及在故障状况下提供完全保护的热关断功能。
(3)3.3V 部分本机3.3V是通过两个低压差线性电压稳压器U11(主板LM1117-3.3)、N400 (解码板LM1117-3.3)、对5V直流电压进行稳压来得到。
此外该芯片还具有内部限流和热关断的功能，LM1117-3.3的最大输出电流为800毫安。
⑷1.8V部分本机1.8V是通过两个低压差线性电压稳压器U13(主板LM1117-1.8) 对5V直流电压进行稳压来得到。

海信液晶电视故障维修实例(图)1、机型：TLM4237故障现象：不定时无图有音检修过程：由于此故障现象为不定时出现--无图有音，首先用万用表测量电源板的电压检测点，例如：+5V、+12V，+24V。
当测量到背光电源电压+24V 时，出现电压不稳定现象，反复试验了几次，有时开机能启动（屏亮），有时又不能启动。
将背光电源板的插子拔掉，看是否负载电路存在问题，接着再测量+24V 端，此时电压依旧不稳定，由此可判定故障在电源板上。
开机测量B+PFC 电压为380V 左右，正常；测量+24V 电压时，表现为18～24V 不稳定，明显不正常。
测量电源厚膜集成电路NE003（STR-6769）的＃4 脚（启动供电脚），电压正常应为16～18V，出现故障时，此脚电压在10～16V 之间摆动几次后，就变为10V左右，+24V 表现为抖动。
最后经过一番检测，查得故障原因为：吸收电路的电容容量减小，使得+24V 开机出现不稳定现象，更换电容CE023（6800P/2KV）后，故障排除。
（见下图）2、机型：TF2919H故障现象：不定时黑屏检修过程：根据故障现象已检查并替代过集成电路N201（TMPA8859-5）和高频头A101（TDQ-3H3—HS—1），开机试机将黑背景关掉，故障出现时为暗淡的雪花，有断续的声音，怀疑存在虚焊的地方。
打开机壳，故障出现时用手按动大板故障即可恢复，看来大板确实存在虚焊的地方，找来台灯，将线路板照了遍也没有发现虚焊、板断的地方，右手按压大板的任何位置故障都有变化。
静下心来仔细分析，故障为暗淡的雪花有伴音，有暗淡的雪花应该为中放电路部分的问题，而有伴音的话似乎又说明中放电路是正常的。
仔细检查，发现当按到电容C811 的负端时，屏幕的雪花明显变亮，看来问题就在此处。
仔细观察，C811 的正极元件腿根本就没有穿过线路板，应该就是假焊。
为了证实问题，用电容跨在C811 处，电视机即恢复正常，证实了我的想法。

下面介绍U0C3的I/0口。
SAW1(#123)控制声表K6257，实现彩色制式的选择。SAW2(#128)控制声表K9453实现声音制式的选择。SCART1-FB-IN(#77)接收SCART1的快切换信号，用于RGB信号FB使能信号输入。IR(#97)是U0C3的遥控信号输入端，只有在图文状态下，才起作用，其余状态下是屏蔽状态。用于双机通信的5个I/0口ReqReadEvent (#107)，ReqComm(#106)，ReadyComm(#105)，SCL(#108)，SDA(#109)同GM5221。
UOC3+GM5221
一、方案概述
本机采用LG-PHILIPS公司的20.1英寸高亮度、高对比度、宽视角电视专用液晶屏。图像处理部分由GENESIS公司的嵌入式芯片GM5221(其中包括CPU、A/D转换、SCALER、DEINTERLACE部分），PHILIPS的模拟解码，图文，丽音处理芯片UOC3，成都旭光的频率合成式高频头TDQ-6FT/W124H等组成。
二、原理说明（参照电路图
(一)、电源部分
本机工作时有12V、5V、3.3V、1.8V、33V等多组电压。
(1)12 V部分
由内置电源直接供给直流12V，由于内置电源是作为一个部件采购，这里就不在详细描述其工作原理。本机需要12V供电的部分有：伴音功放N601 (解码板TDA1517P)、耳机功放N600(解码板TDA2822M)、逆变器（INVERTER)、
本机使用了一片2Mb闪存U7(SST39STO20-90-4C-NH)存储本机程序。
U7的#24，#31脚分别与U5的#5，#6脚相连，进行程序的读写控制。寻址和数据传输则分别通过18位的地址线和8位的数据线来完成。系统开始工作时，主芯片U5通过8位数据线将闪存中的程序读到U5中的RAM中运行。
由于闪存是可擦写的，所以本机芯片无需掩膜，只需在生产前用烧码器将程序烧入闪存U7。另外，还可以由计算机通过U5(GM5221)的通用异步收发器（UART)，直接将程序写入闪存U7内，实现软件的升级。
本机还使用一片E2PROM U8 (24LC16B)用来存储亮度、对比度、音量
等用户数据。
(3)GM5221I/O口部分
下面将对GM5221的I/O口做一下介绍。
MCSCL(#92)，MCSDA(#93)脚是GM5221的I2C总线的时钟线和数据线。INPUT SW(#88)用于控制解码板上的电子开关N500(PI5V330)实现UOC3输出的模拟RGB与高清信号之间的切换。MUTE(#89)用于控制解码板上的伴音功放N601 (TDA1517P)的静音脚。IR(#90)是遥控信号的输入脚。LED1(#91)是待机指示灯的控制输出脚。ADC IN1(#173)是按键信号的ADC输入脚。SCART-SWITCH (#175)是SCART1的慢切换输入脚，用于用于AV/TV信号切换。PWM0(#98)用于控制背光灯的亮度。SEL_RGB(#99)用于控制主板上的U3 (PI5V330)和U4(74HW053)来切换解码板传过来的RGB，行场同步和VGA端子的RGB，行场同步之间的切换。DPWR(#69)来控制主板上的U12(IRF7314)实现控制给解码板的5V，12V的通断。PPWR_PANEL_P0WER(#67)是控制U14实现给液晶屏供电的通断。PBIAS_0N/0FF(#68)用于控制背光灯的通断。
(3)3.3V部分
本机3.3V是通过两个低压差线性电压稳压器U11(主板LM1117-3.3)、N400 (解码板LM1117-3.3)、对5V直流电压进行稳压来得到。此外该芯片还具有内部限流和热关断的功能，LM1117-3.3的最大输出电流为800毫安。
⑷1.8V部分
本机1.8V是通过两个低压差线性电压稳压器U13(主板LM1117-1.8)对5V直流电压进行稳压来得到。此外该芯片还具有内部限流和热关断的功倉泛。
(#67)是控制U14，待机时为低电平，将给液晶屏供电的12V电压切断。通过上述控制，可以极大地降低功耗。
(6)背光电源控制
本机背光驱动部分的开关是由U5(GM5221)的PBIAS_0N/0FF(#68)来控制的。，当PBIAS_0N/0FF为高电平时，背光驱动部分处于工作状态，当信号变为低电平时，背光驱动部分将停止工作。
(5)33V部分
本机33V电压是通过升压模块N401 (解码板BA6161N)及其外围电路对输入电压12V进行升压转换为33V来完成，主要给高频头提供调谐电压用。
(二）背光驱动部分
本机背光电源驱动板的作用就是将12V直流电压变为频率约为60kHz、有效值约为760Vrms(20”）的正弦交流电压来驱动作为本机背光源的六根冷阴极射线管（CCFL)。
本机背光亮度调节电压是由U5(GM5221)的PWM0(#98)输出的PWM信号来控制的。通过调节这个电压的大小，可以改变背光灯的发光强度。
(六）液晶屏
本机采用LG—PHILIPS的电视专用液晶屏，左右视角176度，上下视角176度，典型响应时间为25ms，背光源采用六根CCFL(冷阴极射线管），最大亮度可达450cd/m2，最大对比度可达400:1。
由于本机所用的模拟解码芯片U0C3有自己的CPU，因此就涉及到GM5221和U0C3之间的双机通信问题。本机通过5个I/0来实现：ReqReadEvent(#83)请求读事件，ReqComm(#84)请求通信，ReadyComm(#85)通信准备好，SCL(# 82)虚拟I2C总线时钟线，SDA(#81)虚拟I2C总线数据线。具体软件如何实现，这里不再赘述。
三、机芯调试
(一）工厂调试
先按本机遥控器MUTE键，然后按压工厂遥控器M键，即可进入工厂菜单。各个调整的选项和其参考值见下表：

(5)电源管理
本机待机时除主芯片U5 (GM5221)及其外围部分电路保持工作状态外，其他部分电路的电源均需切断以降低功耗，本机是通过两个双P沟道的M0S管集成电路来进行电源控制的。DPWR(#69)来控制主板上的U12(IRF7314)，待机时DPWR(#69)为低电平，从而将给解码板的5V，12V的切断。PPWR_PANEL_P0WER
SCART端子的SCART1-VIDE0-IN经过射随输入到N100(U0C3)的#51，SCART1的R，G，B直接输入到#78，#79，#80脚。SCART1的Y信号是和SCART1-VIDEO-IN复用，C信号和SCART1的R信号复用。经N100(U0C3)内部解码后均输出模拟RGB信号及行场同步信号，其后的信号通路与射频信号相同，这里不再赘述。
(五）控制部分
(1)微处理器部分
本机主芯片U5 (GM5221)内部嵌入一个微处理器，因此U5同时兼具微处理器的功能。
微处理器包括以下部分：
•中断控制器•80X86架构的CPU•时钟与复位部分•定时器•外部存储器端口•通用异步收发器（UART)
•遥控信号处理器（IR)
•通用I/O口（GPIO)

(三）图像信号处理部分
本机支持射频、视频、S端子、YCbCr/YPbPr、VGA多种图像输入方式，
下面针对不同的输入方式进行说明。
(1)射频信号
广播电视射频信号输入频率合成电子调谐器A400 (TDQ-6FT/W124H)，IF端输出38M中频信号分成两路，分别送到Z100(伴音声表）和Z101(图象声表），这就是我们常说的准声像分离方式。从Z100和Z101的#4、#5脚分别输出伴音中频（SIF)信号和图象中频（PIF)信号，分别进入模拟解码芯片N100 (TDA12021H即UOC3)的#29，#30 (声音）和#24，#25 (图像）。图像信号经UOC3内部解码，从N100的#85，#86。#87脚输出模拟RGB信号。行同步脉冲从N100的#67脚输出，经N300 (74HC123)整形后从N300的#13脚输出需要的行同步脉冲。场同步脉冲从N100的#85输出，经N301(74HC123)整形后从N301的#5脚输出需要的场同步脉冲。从N100的#31脚输出高放AGC电压至高频调谐器AGC端，从而控制信号高放增益。UOC3输出的模拟RGB信号、行场同步信号到数字板与VGA输入的模拟RGB信号、行场同步信号均需由U5(GM5221)进行模/数转换，故在U5之前加了两个由CPU控制的电子切换开关U3 (PI5V330)、U4 (74HC4053)，U4负责行场同步信号的切换，U3负责模拟RGB信号的切换。模拟RGB信号及行场同步信号在U5 (GM5221)内部进行模/数转换、隔行变逐行、图像缩放等处理后，输出数字RGB、行场同步、时钟等信号来驱动液晶屏显示图像。

本机由集成电路U9(主板LM2576-5.0)及其外围电路构成了一个降压型开关电源。通过这个开关电源，将12V直流电压变为5V直流电压为整机供电。在这个电路中，U9相当于一个起开关作用的功率晶体管，L10(100yH)为储能电感，D3 11N5822)为续流二极管，由于工作于开关方式，使其输出负载电流大（3.0A)，电源转换效率高(77%)发热量小，可以采用铜箔散热的方式。同时，本电路还具有输出限流，及在故障状况下提供完全保护的热关断功能。
