具体于大学，即为学校管理层在校园环境中运用管理职能和有限的资源达到人才培养、科学研究和服务社会的目的。
由上可知，宽松式管理即为管理主体在履行职能的过程中积极提供适合客体个性化发展的思维导向，行为导向和环境导向，最终达到利用有限的资源实现组织目的的管理。
第三：大学生的成长是建立在具有相当程度的理性和思维能力的大学生所进行的自我完善人格，素质，能力，努力实现自身价值的过程。
当代大学生成熟早，知识面广，有一定的自我管理能力，存在一定的个性差异，因此个性化的发展才能使其能力和特长得到最大的发挥。
但经历过人生的风雨，必定会看到胜利的彩虹。

最近，《中共中央国务院关于深化教育教学改革全面提高义务教育质量的意见》一出台，人们就注意到了“意见”第14条当中的一句话：“制定实施细则，明确教师教育惩戒权。
”教师惩戒权很自然地成了人们热议话题，其中不乏对教育惩戒现状的片面认识，对惩戒权的不太恰当的理解。
这些议论让人感到，教育惩戒权的制订和使用，要慎而又慎。
使用稍有不当，后果可能是难以预料的。
“意见”出台后，听到最多的一句话是：“惩戒权又回来了！”过去，确实是没有成文的惩戒权，但惩戒行为一直存在，也没有明文禁止，也就是说，一些教师一直拥有实际上的惩戒权。
没有明文的惩戒细则，教师的惩戒就不可避免地有随意性，带有情绪化成分，而理性不足。
这样的惩戒，容易演变成师生纠纷、老师家长之间的纠纷。
在法律法规层面规定惩戒权，制订惩戒细则，有望避免或减少这类纠纷。
很多人认为，明文规定惩戒权，可以解决老师“不敢管”的问题。
但是，无论“不敢管”的问题解决到何种程度，另一个极端却是要警惕的：过度依赖惩戒，以惩戒代替其他教育方法，把教育简单化。
因此，在制订惩戒权细则时，明确惩戒权使用范围特别重要；或者说，要特别强调：明文规定的惩戒权使用范围之外不能使用惩戒权；明文规定的惩戒方法之外，教师不能自行发明、使用惩戒方法。
要考虑出现这种越界惩戒如何处置，如何挽回过度惩戒、滥用惩戒造成的后果。
惩戒权一旦形成文字，就具有了统一性，统一性即刚性。
另一方面，学生的个性气质或心理特点又是各不相同的，家庭环境也各不相同，因此学生对惩戒的反应会不同，对惩戒的承受力也不一致。
有的学生“心太大”，对惩戒可能无感；对另一个学生可能就是不可承受之重。
另外，家长对惩戒的理解和反应也会不同；家长的反应很可能影响到学生对惩戒的反应。
是“法律面前人人平等”呢？还是因人而异、因材施教（惩罚也是教）呢？这些既是教育伦理问题，也是具体操作问题；在实施惩戒权之前，对这些问题要有充分的估计、预见。
