我没想到辛辛苦苦费了半天劲批改的学生作业却是学生未经任何思考5分钟内就划好的选项,这是英语学习态度不端正的表现。
另一个表现就是学生在做书面表达时,信手拈来,想到哪写到哪,错了就涂改,圈圈点点。
针对这种现象,我采取了一些相应措施,多加督促、严格要求,同时也采取了一些惩罚,对于5分钟就做好客观题的学生,先是口头批评教育,然后罚写字母;对于书面不清洁的学生,我时不时地在全班面前展览其文章。

同时对其他后进生也是一个很好的示范。
辅导好后，我开头辅导起第2个，第3个过了或许十五分钟后，班上的后进生个别辅导工作完毕，我看到露出了满足的笑容。
我走过去一看，10道题目全部答对。
马上在班级里对他进行表扬，并期望他能再接再厉，同时我还表扬了其他的后进生。

另一方面,有的同学们比较活跃,上课气氛乐观,成果较好。
因此,讲得太浅,没有照看到整体,所以教学效果不如抱负。
从而可以看出,了解及分析同学实际状况,实事求是,具体问题具体分析,做到因材施教,对授课效果有直接影响。

我利用课余时间对优秀生进行课外的学问补充,对差生依据实际状况进行相对应辅导,使同学成果整体提高。

后进生大都对自己要求不严格，长期以来形成了自由散漫的习惯，对自己缺乏信念，对家长和老师的训练不能认真对待。
其实在他们的内心深处还是期望自己能得到同学和老师的关注。
在课余休息时间我分别找他们谈话，了解他们的内心世界，和他们像伴侣一样谈话。
刚开头他们对我还不能完全信任，所以很不情愿把真话说出来，于是我就经常抽空和他们谈。
渐渐的开头和我交心，在和他们交谈的过程中我了解了同学各自学困的真正缘由。
三、多给他们制造表现自我的机会，增加他们的自信念。
知道了这些后进生学习习惯不好的缘由之后，我首先从他们的听讲习惯抓起。
课堂上我随时留意他们的举动，稍有不正我会轻轻的走到他们身边，用不同的体态语言去提示他们，使他们从心理上感觉到老师在时时刻刻的留意着我，我必需认真听。
四、布置适量的作业，让他们发觉自身的优点在平常的作业布置上，为了防止这些同学对学习产生怠倦心情，我对他们都做了必要的减负。
比如我把别人一次完成的作业让他们分两次做，同时又对他们提出严格的要求。
五、严格要求，持之以恒。
后进生在进步过程中简洁消灭反复。
作为英语老师，我是正确生疏和对待同学的反复。
我是抓反复，反复抓，急躁细致地、坚持不懈地做好差生的转化工作。
通过努力，他们在各方面都有了肯定的进步。
一学期以来，总体分析得出明显有肯定效果，一部分同学对学习有了爱好，在习惯上也渐渐形成好的学风，不论是从书写上，还是读书上是都有进步，特殊有部分同学遇到不懂的问题，也会向老师和同学请教，这充分说明白他们的好的开头。
