今天我想就三年级的英语教学和这半学期在教学中存在的一些问题与各位家长共同探讨，以便更好地帮助孩子学好英语，用好英语，为日后的英语学习打好扎实的基础。
三年级英语，是小学英语学习中一个重要的起步阶段。
其实要学好英语，课上占 40% ，其余的 60% 还需要学生在课后不断的巩固，加深记忆。
在课上老师更多的是教授新知识，当然课上也会有少量的时间巩固新学的知识。
但是这些时间是公共的时间，而不是每个学生私有的时间，所以不可能照顾到每个学生，不可能让所有学生都达到相同的程度。
况且每个学生对新知识的接受能力都是不同的，有的可能当堂就已经有很深的印象，很难忘记，但这肯定是很少的。
大部分学生都只能是初步接触了新知识，要真正接受新知识还要学生在课后多下功夫，不然肯定会和别的同学拉下差距。
所以这也造成英语成绩两极分化十分严重，所以请家长一定要从现在起重视孩子的英语学习，不然到了五六年级补都来不及了。
英语是一门特殊的学科，光靠学校几节课时间是远远不够的。
在学校老师会尽最大的努力进行教学，但课余时间还需要广大家长大力配合。
如：听录音、背诵要家长多督促;课本后的单词表是最基础的，新课之前我都要求孩子们回去先听磁带预习一下，以便于上课时能更好的，更快的掌握单词真确读音。
有的学生做的很好，还有些学生没预习。
老师也不知道家长是否了解孩子在学校的英语学习情况，希望家长能关注一下。
为了协助孩子更好地学好英语，请家长配合老师完成以下工作：1 、确保孩子每天至少边听录音，边跟读课文 15 分钟，要读出声音，最好家长在旁监督，会更有效。
2 、每天检查孩子的回家作业是否完成，保证第二天能按时上交。
在这里我恳请每位家长认真督促孩子完成老师每天布置的作业，尤其是一开始，三年级英语刚刚接触书面作业，一定要严格要求他们的英语书写，写得不好的家长也可以要求他们重新做，检查作业主要看他们书写和格式以及上次老师的批改，注意检查他们有没有订正，有时候，老师在学生的作业本上批了订正，但是交上来的时候学生并没有去订正，希望各位家长能够支持老师的工作，如果您有什么意见也可以写在作业本上，便于及时沟通 .3 、开学以来，很多学生忘记带作业本，带英语课本。
