Coulter LH750(以下简称LH750)是贝克曼库尔特公司推出的高层次的全自动五分类血液细胞分析仪。
有5种不同的分析模式,每小时最高分析速度为110个样本,能提供31项细胞分析参数,白细胞分类散点图及各种怀疑性、限定性旗标。
LH750基于先进的V(电阻抗)、C(高频传导)、S(激光散射)技术对白细胞进行精确的分类。
并可进行网织红细胞的计数及分类。
作者所在科室于2008年4月引进LH750分析仪一台,至今已有一年半的时间,该仪器的使用大大提高了实验室内的分析速度和工作效率。
但是在实际使用过程中由于各种主客观因素的影响,降低了测定结果的准确性和可靠性。
现将我们在日常工作中LH750的一些使用及常见故障排除情况总结如下,以便与使用该仪器的同行共同探讨。
1 使用1.1 标本标本须由静脉穿刺取得,不提倡毛细血管采血法。
盛装的试管有真空采血试管和非真空试管。
推荐使用真空采血管,所注入血液的量必须达到刻度线以上,以保证仪器在吸样过程中有足够的血细胞供分析。
必须充分抗凝,上机前再次颠倒混匀,既可以使试管内的血液均匀分布,还可以在混匀过程中检查血液中有无明显凝块,以免堵塞吸样针。
1.2 抗凝剂使用EDTA-K2抗凝剂,其对细胞形态和血小板计数的影响较小。
作者所在实验室曾发生因血常规试管中加入了枸橼酸钠而造成血液部分凝固血小板计数明显降低的差错事故,给了全科人员一次深刻的教训。
1.3 样本编号LH750英文工作站提供两种不同的编号方式。
方式一:在主界面上点击添加样品请求→自动编号顺序→添加此样品要求,此方法准确可靠,不易跳号。
方式二:点击分析配置→自动编号→起始为,此方法简便快捷,但容易跳号,因此需要操作者注意。
1.4 质控仪器自检程序完成后,观察各项参数及空白值。
合格后再进行每日的质控物测定,只有质控物测定值符合要求方可进行常规标本的测定。
1.5 上机将编好的血常规试管按顺序放入仪器的试管架中,2小时内进行自动测定。
