Takeshi: Well, for this job application I had to answer a test about myself before I went into the interview. It was full of statements about how I react or think I react in different situations. I could only answer with Always, Sometimes, Never, and Not sure. It makes you feel that there is only one right answer. The first question was about being a leader. I guess I am to a certain extent, so I put a check next to sometimes. Paula: I agree with you about that. Takeshi: Then the second question was about getting things done well. Everyone I know complains that I’m a perfectionist so I said “Always” to that one. Then the next one was about making decisions with your emotions. I think I use my head but I answered “Not sure.”
