一个企业从发出订单到收到货物的时间，称为订货 提前期；而对于供货方，这段时间称为订货周期。 这不过是购销双方对同一时间的不同称呼。在订货 周期中，要相继完成4项重要活动：订单传递、订单 处理、订货准备、订货运输。这就是订单处理系统 的工作流程。

②功能结构
通过信息系统管理物流，可以有效地提高整个物流的 灵活性。物流的灵活性是指一个企业的物流运行可以 适应多种内部及外部环境的变化，如企业重组或兼并 及各种形式的客户需求变化。国际上多数先进的企业 （集团）都采用了3PL(服务)，也正是为了提高物流 的灵活性。假如是第3方物流服务企业，那么，应该 能够帮助企业客户实现新的经营策略，包括配送网络 的构建等。在诸多客户当中，有很多的企业，需要不 同类型的配送服务，作为专业性的物流公司，应当有 比较多服务种类，这时，对于企业的价值就显示出来 了。

南京海关物流信息化管理系统空运部分运抵报告及理货报告报文格式制定说明一、根据《中华人民共和国海关进出境运输工具舱单管理办法》和《海关总署关于公布进出境水运和空运运输工具货运舱单等电子数据格式的公告》，参考世界海关组织数据模型（WCO Data Model）有关原则和标准，结合中国海关通关监管要求，制定南京海关物流信息化管理系统理货报告、运抵报告报文格式。
二、报文定义要求（一）报文采用<Manifest>作为根节点, 下面定义（<Head>、<Declaration>）或（<Head>、<Response>)两组子节点中的一个。
其中（<Head>、< Declaration>）适用于海关进出境运输工具舱单报文，（<Head>、<Response>)适用于报文回执。
（二）报文编码统一采用UTF-8格式。
（三）报文在<Manifest>部分定义名命空间为urn-:datamodel:standard:CN:[name]:1, 其中[name]部分标注报文的类型，具体请参考《中国海关进出境舱单报文类型编码表》。
