Love, to some extent, means the opening of your heart and taking another person in. This is in fact a process of identity reconstruction. For the cooler party in a romantic relationship, his/her reason still prevails and his/her identity remains comparatively intact. Therefore, the other party’s “fast” love can be considered a violation of his/her personal space.
