在听课中我发现优秀的教师都有几个特点:1、口语流利,发音准确。
只有做到这一点,才能保证孩子对课程的理解,才能保真孩子学到正确的知识,地道的语言;2、善于利用多媒体,演唱,画画等各种手段辅助教学,使孩子接触到的知识更立体,更直观,更生动;3、教态亲切,表情丰富,在课堂上能轻松,活泼,潇洒的进行授课,富有艺术性;4、有扎实的英语基础知识作后盾,词汇丰富,课堂充实。
小学英语教师想使自己平常的英语教学更加有效,首先就得抓住并了解小学英语教学的特点。
要使小学生通过生动活泼的课堂教学激发学生学习英语的浓厚兴趣,培养他们学习英语的积极情感,形成初步的英语语感,使学生具备良好的语音、语调基础,具备用所学英语进行简单日常交流的初级能力,并养成良好的英语学习习惯,为进一步学习打好基础。
因此,小学英语教学应具备以下特点:教学内容贴近生活,能激发出小学生的学习兴趣,用轻松、愉快、活泼的课堂气氛调动学生的学习英语的主动性和积极性,引起他们的学习兴趣,激发学生的主体参与意识。
教师在教学时要以自己的态度来激活课堂气氛,用轻松活泼的气氛影响学生的情绪,因为学生的情绪会直接关系到教学的效果。
根据小学生好动、好奇的生理和心理特点,上课教学宜兼收并蓄,集各家所长,采用多样化的教学方式,应用综合的教学路子。
如:情景法、直接法、讨论法、练习法、视听法、交际法等等,只要有助于实现教学目标的都可采用。
要重视学生的学习积极性,对每个学生取得的成绩及点滴进步都予以肯定。
可采用多种表扬和奖励的方式,如:在上课时给认真听讲的学生的书上画上五角星,或在其额头上贴上彩色五角星,并将每节课时英语学得好一点的学生指命为当天的小老师,并加两颗红五星,这些都在一定程度上促进了他们的学习积极性。
利用小学生的好胜心理,在平常教学时,让他们用所学知识分组比赛,并由教师或其他同学给予评分,这也能促使他们更加认真听讲。
英语教学是语言教学,语言源于生活,又实践于生活。
因此,我们教师应不受时空限制,为学生创造全面开放的英语学习环境。
杰克珀森曾说过,教好英语的先要条件是要尽可能让学生接触英语和使用英语。
学英语就像学游泳一样,学生必须泡在水中,而不是偶尔沾沾水,学生必须潜到水里去。
这样,他最后才能像一个熟练的游泳者那样乐在其中。
因此,英语教师要给学生尽量多的创造听、说、练的机会,让他们多听、多说、多练。
通过这次听课,我开阔了眼界,看到了自己的不足,以及自己与市优的差距。
同时我对自己也提出了许多问题去思考,怎样让自己的语言更优美?怎样让孩子喜欢上课?怎样培养孩子的能力?在以下几方面要多下功夫:1、学书写。
2、学课堂情境设置。
3、学习驾驭课堂的能力。
4、学教学环节设计。
5、学英语教师角色扮演。
培训中还提到了“如何做一名合格的英语教师”,这为自己平时的工作指明了前进的方向,指明了学习的方向。
以后,我应该积极投身到英语教学中,以合格英语教师的要求来规范自己的教学行为相信通过我的不断努力,一定能拉近距离,不断进步总之,这次学习培训给了我很大的启发。
我不但学到了一些理论知识,也从授课教师身上学到了一些教学技巧,这都会为我以后的教学工作注入强大的动力,将使我尽快走向成熟。

宗老师在课前、课文处理、巩固和拓展时采用了Chant,playgames等活动手段,激发了学生学习英语的兴趣和激情,也充分展现了教师过硬的教学功底。
三、教师扎实的基本功和良好的专业的素养。
扎实的教学基本功是一堂课成功的关键。
宗老师抑扬顿挫的语调,生动形象精练的讲解,美观实用的课件,大方得体的肢体语言,自编自演的Chant都令人赏心悦目,值得我们英语教师学习。
通过这节课的学习,我看到了自己在教学上的很多不足。
