英语教研活动主持稿
各位老师，上午好，很荣幸由我来主持这次教研活动。
刚才我们聆听了魏老师的课堂教学，那么，首先请魏老师说说自己的做课思路和反思。

感谢魏老师细致而中肯的说课反思，我想各位听课老师或多或少都有一些问题和想法想和魏老师交流，以求互相促进，共同提高，借此教研平台，希望各位老师能开诚布公，畅所欲言。
自由交流：
刚刚几位老师针对魏老师的这节课，从不同层面，各种角度大胆的亮明了自己的观点。
其中不乏真知灼见，那么，希望在今后的课堂教学中，各位老师能根据学生年龄阶段和性格特征，因材施教，因人施教；并且在教学过程中要联系实际，不断探索、不断实践、不断反思，这样才能在教育教学中不断进步和完善。
