各位老师,上午好,很荣幸由我来主持这次教研活动。
刚才我们聆听了魏老师的课堂教学,那么,首先请魏老师说说自己的做课思路和反思。

感谢魏老师细致而中肯的说课反思,我想各位听课老师或多或少都有一些问题和想法想和魏老师交流,以求互相促进,共同提高,借此教研平台,希望各位老师能开诚布公,畅所欲言。
自由交流:
刚刚几位老师针对魏老师的这节课,从不同层面,各种角度大胆的亮明了自己的观点。
其中不乏真知灼见,那么,希望在今后的课堂教学中,各位老师能根据学生年龄阶段和性格特征,因材施教,因人施教;并且在教学过程中要联系实际,不断探索、不断实践、不断反思,这样才能在教育教学中不断进步和完善。
