首先,我们教研组全体成员欢迎各位老师来我校指导教研工作,并恳请老师们对我们的教研提出宝贵意见。

上次,我们教研组活动,在听课研讨中,大家共同发现:英语的课堂教学,还存在着许多值得我们研究的问题,如:学生的学习兴趣不是很高、小组的合作还不协调,学生参与课堂的程度还需提高,教学环节的设计不能更好的为教学服务等等。

针对这些问题,我们进一步做了梳理,经过教研组共同商讨,确定了本次教研活动的主题为:教学环节设计的有效性。
