首先，我们教研组全体成员欢迎各位老师来我校指导教研工作，并恳请老师们对我们的教研提出宝贵意见。
上次，我们教研组活动，在听课研讨中，大家共同发现：英语的课堂教学，还存在着许多值得我们研究的问题，如：学生的学习兴趣不是很高、小组的合作还不协调，学生参与课堂的程度还需提高，教学环节的设计不能更好的为教学服务等等。
针对这些问题，我们进一步做了梳理，经过教研组共同商讨，确定了本次教研活动的主题为：教学环节设计的有效性。
