英语社团教学计划
本学期，按照学校的安排，我负责五年级的英语社团，有十几位学生，大部分是英语成绩相对落后，有些是对英语感兴趣的。
在社团活动中，我从高年级学生自我意识明显、语言学习能力强、接受新鲜事物快的实际情况出发，侧重于开展阅读拓展训练，为学生交流语言习得、展示语言交际功能提供了平台。
回顾半年的工作，特总结如下：
1.指导思想及目标
为提高我校学生学习英语的兴趣，增强英语意识和英语能力，进一步发展校本课程，进一步完善教学策略，建立此社团。
学生在英语社团活动中收获的不仅仅是知识与能力的提高，更重要的是行为习惯与人生境界的升华。
通过社团活动，学生进一步体验了学习英语的快乐，激发了学习英语的兴趣，养成了学生良好的习惯，发展了学生的个性提高了学生的综合素质促进了学生的全面的发展，展示了学生的英语才华。
2.社团活动过程
本学期社团共有11次课程，22节课，期末社团展示的方式为话剧表演，为达成目标，我们将课程主要分为六个阶段。
第一个阶段，话剧基础知识讲授。
为扩展学生视野，做好话剧表演，首先让学生了解话剧的定义，话剧的分类，话剧表演技巧以及话剧表演中应注意的问题等等。
第二个阶段，话剧剧目选择阶段。
充分发掘学生个性，在确认学生英语水平的基础上，寻找合适的剧目。
虽然五年级学生已学习了2年英语，参加本社团学生也主要是学习成绩较好的学生，但由于口语水平和表演能力的限制，我们在几个剧目中选择了经典剧目Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs (《白雪公主和七个小矮人》)。
第三个阶段，剧本教授阶段Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs 剧本较长，生词也较多，如dwarf, dangerous, prince, princess, mirror等，在讲授的时候根据剧本情景，学生掌握的更容易。
同样的方法学习了剧本中的重点短语、重点句子。
学生掌握较好。
第四个阶段，角色选择阶段。
根据学生个性特点及英语水平，确定了角色.
第五个阶段，话剧排练阶段。
学生在熟背自己台词的基础上，通过理解人物心理及角色需要，适当加入表情及动作，注意了语音语调的变化，基本上能表演到位。
第六个阶段，话剧展示阶段。
英语社团让学生更加自信、更加上进、更加友善、更加乐观，这种感觉是精美的精神食粮。
一个人的成长是学习史、是阅读史、是自我完善自我提高史------教育的目的就是教书育人，培养学生良好的行为习惯和健康向上的人格，是社团活动的宗旨。
我们将继续努力!。
