因此,教师必须注重言传身教,为人师表,给学生以示范。

6、你同意“没有不合格的学生,只有不合格的教师”这句话吗?我认为这句话有其合理之处,同时,它也是片面的,因此,我们应该一分为二的看待。

A、这句话看到了教师在教学过程中的主导作用,看到了教师对于学生的重要影响,这是值得肯定的。

B、但是它过于夸大教师的作用,忽视了学生的主体地位。

个体发展要受到很多因素的影响,遗传,环境,以及学生的主观能动性,”即使是世界上最优秀的教师,如果面对的是低能的、毫无学习动机的学生,也将会一筹莫展。

D、良好的沟通,需要耐心的聆听对方,了解他心中的感受。

教师对学生积极聆听的态度,可以使学生觉得受到重视并肯定自己的价值。
