1Dear Ms. Li,Hi, it's me, your student [Your Name]. I hope you are doing well. I am writing this letter to tell you about my recent activities and thoughts.During the spring break, I went on a family trip to the countryside. We stayed in a cozy little cabin surrounded by beautiful nature. Every morning, I would wake up to the sound of birds chirping and the fresh smell of the forest. It was so peaceful and refreshing, unlike the busy city life we are used to.One of the highlights of the trip was hiking through the woods. My parents and I followed a trail that led us to a stunning waterfall. The sound of the rushing water was mesmerizing, and the sight of the waterfall cascading down the rocks was breathtaking. We even spotted a few squirrels and deer along the way!In the evenings, we would gather around the campfire and roast marshmallows. My dad told us fascinating stories about his childhood adventures, and we all laughed until our bellies hurt. It was such a wonderful bonding experience for our family.Aside from the trip, I have been keeping myself busy with various activities. Last week, I joined the school's art club, and we learned how to make origami animals. It was a bit challenging at first, but with practice, I was able to create a cute little paper crane. I can't wait to show you my origami creations!Speaking of school, I want to thank you for being such an amazing teacher. Your lessons are always engaging, and you make even the most complex topics easy to understand. I especially enjoyed our recent unit on environmental conservation. It has inspired me to become more eco-friendly and do my part in protecting our planet. In fact, I have started a small recycling project at home. I collect all the plastic bottles, cans, and paper from our household and take them to the recycling center every weekend. It's a small step, but I hope it will make a difference in reducing waste and preserving our natural resources.Well, that's about it for now, Ms. Li. I have so much more to share, but I don't want to make this letter too long. I hope youhad a wonderful spring break as well, and I look forward to seeing you back in class soon.Thank you for being such an inspiring teacher and for always encouraging us to explore our interests and passions.Your student,[Your Name]篇2Dear Mr. Li,How are you doing? I hope you're having a great day! I'm writing this letter to tell you about all the fun things I did over the Spring Festival holiday. It was such an exciting time!First, my whole family went to my grandparents' house in the countryside to celebrate the new year together. We took a long train ride to get there. I love riding on trains and looking out the window at all the scenery going by. This time, I saw fields, mountains, rivers, and even a few deer! When we arrived, my grandparents were so happy to see us. They live in a big house with a courtyard and gardens all around it. My little brother and I ran around playing tag andhide-and-seek in the gardens. We also helped my grandmasweep up the fallen leaves and branches from the fruit trees. She thanked us for our hard work by giving us some delicious homemade dumplings! On New Year's Eve, we all helped my grandma make dumplings together. She taught me how to mix the dough, roll it out flat, and then carefully fold and crimp the edges to seal in the tasty filling. I wasn't very good at first and some of my dumplings looked a bit messy. But Grandma said practice makes perfect, and I got better after making a few dozen! That night, we stayed up late setting off firecrackers and watching fireworks in the sky. The colors were so bright and beautiful! Red, green, blue, purple, yellow - it was like a rainbow exploding over our heads. I jumped up and down cheering every time a new burst of light filled the air. Watching fireworks with my family is one of my favorite New Year traditions. The next few days were filled with more fun activities. One afternoon, my uncles, aunts, and older cousins took me and my brother to fly kites in an open field near my grandparents' village.I had a kite shaped like a dragon that Grandpa made for me. At first, I had trouble getting it up into the air. But eventually a big gust of wind came and lifted my dragon kite way up high! I ranaround the field holding the string tight and laughing as my kite soared and dipped through the sky.Another day, my cousins and I played a bunch of outdoor games together like jianzi (shuttlecock kicking), skip rope, and my favorite - ground basketball. We split into two teams and spent hours running around shooting balls into boxes we drew in the dirt with sticks. My team won by a little bit, but my cousins said they'll beat us next time for sure! One evening, the older kids and adults played cards and traded snacks, candy, and small change in a game called chawanmen. I got to join for a little while. My uncle let me pick out some pretty coin candies from the snack pile as a gift. Another night, my grandpa told me and my brother fascinating stories about ancient Chinese myths and legends. He's such an amazing storyteller! Before we knew it, the holiday was over and we had to return home. I was sad to leave my grandparents' house and all the fun we had there. But I gave my grandparents the tightest hugs and promised to be good and study hard until I can come visit them again next year. Saying goodbye is always hard, but I know we'll make more happy memories very soon.Mr. Li, that's about everything I did over my Spring Festival vacation! Spending time with my extended family and participating in all our traditions was the best way to celebrate the new year. I made so many wonderful memories that I'll never forget. I'm feeling very refreshed and ready to come back to school to keep learning and working hard.Thank you for taking the time to read my letter. I really appreciate you as my teacher and I'm excited for all the new things I'll learn from you this semester. I hope you and your family also had a great holiday!Your student,[Your Name]篇3Dear Ms. Li,How are you? I hope you had a nice weekend! I'm writing to tell you about the fun things I did over the weekend. On Saturday, my mom took me and my little brother to the park. The weather was so nice and sunny. We played on the swings and the slides. My brother tried to climb up the big kids'slide but he got stuck halfway up! Mom had to help him down. It was really funny. After the park, we went to get ice cream. I got a double scoop - one scoop of chocolate and one scoop of strawberry. My brother got vanilla in a sugar cone. He made such a mess! Ice cream was all over his face and hands. When we got home, Mom made us take baths to get cleaned up.On Sunday, my dad took us to the movies. We saw the new animated movie about the talking animals in the forest. It was so good! The bunny rabbit was my favorite character. He was really silly and made lots of jokes. During the funny parts, I laughed really loud and other people in the theater kept shushing me. Whoops! After the movie, we went to my favorite restaurant - the pizza place on Main Street. I had pepperoni pizza which is my absolute favorite. My brother had the chicken nuggets from the kids' menu. For dessert, Dad let us get the chocolate lava cake to share. It was super rich and yummy!Later that night, I worked on my homework from you. I had to write a short story for my writing assignment. I wrote a story about a boy who finds a magic seashell on the beach that cangrant wishes. What did you think of my story? I tried to use lots of descriptive details like you taught us.I also completed the math worksheets you assigned about place value and rounding numbers. Rounding is hard! I kept making silly mistakes. I'll have to be more careful next time. Math is not my favorite subject but I'm working really hard in your class to get better at it.In reading class, we've been learning about making inferences from stories. I read the book Charlotte's Web over the weekend like you recommended. It was such a sweet story! I inferred that the main character Fern really loved the pig Wilbur and didn't want anything bad to happen to him. What other inferences could I have made from that book? I'll raise my hand and share my thoughts during our discussion.Oh, I almost forgot! For our science project about the life cycle of plants, I'm planning to grow a bean plant. My dad helped me put some seeds in a cup with soil and we're keeping it on the windowsill to get sunlight. I'll make sure to water it every day and record its growth in my journal like you said. I'm really excited to see the different stages as it sprouts and grows bigger! We have our class field trip to the science museum coming up this week too. I can't wait, it's going to be so much fun! I'll make sure to be on my best behavior. My favorite exhibits are usually the hands-on ones where you can do little experiments and learn through playing. What's your favorite part of the science museum?I've been practicing really hard for the upcoming multiplication timed tests. Mom has been quizzing me with flashcards every night after dinner. I think I have most of the facts memorized up to 12 x 12. Doing the timed tests makes me a little nervous, but I'll try my best like I always do! Any tips for staying calm during tests?Anyway, I should probably get going and start getting ready for bed. But I wanted to say thank you for being such an amazing teacher! I've learned so much already this year. You make every lesson fun and interesting. Your class is my favorite part of the school day!I'll see you bright and early tomorrow morning. Get some rest tonight!Your student,[Your name]篇4Dear Mr. Li,How are you doing? I hope you and your family are all healthy and happy. I miss coming to school every day and seeing you and my classmates. Being at home for online classes is not the same as being in our classroom together. I wanted to write you this letter to let you know how I'm feeling during this time away from school.First of all, I am bored a lot at home. My parents are working from home, so they are very busy on their computers and phones all day. My little sister just wants to play games and watch TV shows all the time. I have tried to read books, play with my toys, draw pictures, and other activities, but I get bored easily without my friends around. I miss chatting and laughing with everyone during breaks and at lunchtime. Recess at home is just not as fun as playing on the playground equipment or running around on the field. I even miss sitting at my desk and listening to your lessons!I also feel quite sad sometimes being away from school for so long. I really enjoyed our daily routine of arriving at school, having morning meeting, then rotating through differentsubjects and activities. Everything seemed to make more sense when you were there to explain things in person. Now on the computer screen, it's harder for me to pay attention and understand, especially for more difficult topics like math. I don't have my classmates sitting near me to help if I get confused. I miss turning to my friend next to me and whispering questions. I feel like I'm learning less at home, even though I know you are working so hard to make great online lessons for us.Another hard thing is not having a schedule and being isolated at home so much. At school, we had a clear schedule that helped me know what to expect each day. But now every day blends together - there's no difference between a school day or a weekend or holidays. It's easy to feel lazy and unmotivated. My parents try to give me directions and rules at home, but it's not the same as you being the teacher in charge. I really miss lining up in the hallway, raising my hand to ask questions, and little rules like bathroom breaks that helped every day feel organized. At home there are so many distractions like video games, TV, snacks, and my baby sister making noise. It's hard for me to create good study habits without the usual school routines. Most of all, I really miss you, Mr. Li! You are my favorite teacher. You always make lessons interesting by using fun examples, telling jokes, and letting us act things out. You are so patient when any of us struggles, and you give great explanations in a way we can understand. I remember when I was having trouble with fractions, you drew pictures and used visuals until it finally made sense to me. Whenever I was frustrated, you would calmly encourage me not to give up and to keep trying. I feel like I can be myself and not judged in your classroom. I'm not as worried about making mistakes or feeling embarrassed when I'm with you. I feel safe, cared for, and respected. You make every student feel important and valued, which really boosts my confidence.I also admire how you are so kind, caring, and positive all the time. You never raise your voice or get visibly upset with us. I can tell you absolutely love teaching and want us all to learn as much as possible. You have a special way of keeping things fun while still making sure we work hard. You encouraged us to be creative, think for ourselves, and not be afraid to ask any question. I'll never forget your amusing stories or all the skills you've taught me so far. You have helped me become a much stronger reader, writer, problem solver and overall student. I can't wait to have you as my teacher again once we can safely return to school. So those are some of the reasons why I miss being at school, especially being in your classroom. I am trying my best to stay positive and work hard while learning from home. But it's just not the same without you leading our class in person. I realize how lucky I am to have such an incredible teacher. Thank you for being so dedicated to helping me learn and grow. I hope you are staying safe and healthy. I'm counting down the days until I can see you in person again! I will do my best to keep up with online lessons for now. Please let me know if you have any advice for me during this time.Your student,[Your name]篇5Dear Mr. Lee,How are you doing? I hope you're having a great summer vacation! I wanted to write you a letter to let you know how much I enjoyed being in your 4th grade class this past year. You were the best teacher I've ever had!I remember being really nervous on the first day of school. It was a new grade, with new kids in the class, and I didn't knowwhat to expect. But as soon as I walked into your classroom, I felt welcomed and at home. The way you greeted every student with a big smile and made us all feel comfortable really helped me get over those first day jitters.Your classroom was always so much fun too! I loved how you decorated it with all those fun posters and pictures related to what we were learning about. Whenever we started a new unit, the whole room would transform. One month it was like a rainforest with vines and leaves everywhere when we learned about ecosystems. Another time it became a little museum for our ancient civilization unit. Walking into that classroom each morning, I never knew what to expect, but I knew it would be amazing! The activities and games you planned were so engaging too. I'll never forget that time we did a SimCity-type simulation to learn about urban planning and building communities. Or when we held our own mini-Olympics with different outdoor events after studying ancient Greece. You made learning exciting and hands-on, not just sitting at desks doing worksheets all day. I never wanted to miss a day of your class!I also really appreciated how you encouraged students to pursue their interests and passions. When I mentioned I wasreally into dinosaurs, you arrived the next day with books and fossils and let me do extra research to share with the class. You didn't just teach the standard curriculum, but tailored lessons to get each of us truly inspired about the topics that most excited us. You made learning feel personalized. Most importantly though, you treated every student with respect and kindness. I'll never forget when Johnny was getting picked on for his worn-out clothes. You spoke to the class about being kind and not judging others, since we didn't know their circumstances. From then on, there was no more teasing. You helped cultivate an environment where all students felt safe, included and valued. I always looked forward to coming to your class each day because of the positive atmosphere you created.Your support also meant so much to me personally, Mr. Lee. Remember when I struggled with long division and felt like I'd never get it? You stayed after school to work with meone-on-one until it finally clicked. You never gave up on me or made me feel inadequate about taking longer to learn a concept. Your patience and belief in me gave me the confidence to keep trying.I'm really going to miss your class next year, Mr. Lee. Fourth grade was the best because you made it so special. Thank you forbeing such an incredible teacher and role model. You showed me how fun and rewarding learning can be when you have an amazing guide. The creative energy, compassion and dedication you brought to the classroom each day inspired me to work harder and be a better person.I hope you have an awesome summer! You deserve to relax and recharge after pouring so much into your students this past year. I'll never forget fourth grade with Mr. Lee. You're a teacher I'll always remember and admire.Your Student,[Your Name]篇6Dear Mr. Li,How are you doing? I hope you are having a great summer vacation! I am writing to tell you about all the fun things I have been up to.First, my family went on a super cool trip to the beach for a week. We stayed in a big house right by the ocean. Every morning I would wake up and run outside to look at the waves crashing on the shore. The sound of the ocean was so relaxing. My little brother and I spent hours building sandcastles and splashing in the shallow water. One day, we even saw a school of dolphins swimming by! They were jumping out of the water and putting on a little show for us. I tried to take a video but they were too quick for me.The best part was when my dad took us out on a little boat to go fishing. We anchored not too far from the beach and dropped our lines in the water. I honestly didn't expect to catch anything since I'm not the most patient person. But after about an hour, I felt a huge tug on my line! I reeled and reeled, and finally pulled up a huge red snapper. My dad was so proud of me for catching the biggest fish of the day. We cooked it up for dinner that night with some lemon and herbs. It was delicious! When we weren't at the beach, we did a bunch of other fun activities. We went mini golfing one day and I got a hole-in-one! We also went to the arcade and I won a giant teddy bear playing skee ball. My mom had to carry it around for the rest of the day. On our last night, we went to an outdoor movie theatre and watched the new Toy Story movie under the stars. We got to bring blankets and pillows and eat popcorn while we watched. I fell asleep before the ending, but my dad said it was a great movie. After we got home from the beach, I started my summer reading list for school. I was a little bummed that vacation was over, but I actually ended up really enjoying some of the books I read. My favorite was "Holes" by Louis Sachar. It's about this boy who has to go to a camp in the desert and dig holes all day as punishment. At first it sounds boring, but there's actually an awesome mystery and adventure behind why they're digging all those holes. I couldn't put the book down! I also read "Because of Winn-Dixie" which was really sweet. It's about a girl who finds a stray dog and names him Winn-Dixie. The dog helps her make new friends and come out of her shell. What was your favorite book when you were a kid, Mr. Li?In between reading, I've also been keeping up with my guitar lessons over the summer. I'm getting pretty good at chords and strumming patterns now. My teacher taught me how to play "Wonderwall" by Oasis and "Hey There Delilah" by the Plain White T's. Those are two of my favorite songs to play along with. I've even started writing a few songs of my own, though they're not very good yet. One day I'll write a huge hit and become a famous rockstar!I've also spent a lot of time this summer hanging out with my friends from school. We have a awesome fort built in thewoods near my house. We bring games and snacks and comic books and just hang out there all day. My best friend Michael is really into superheroes, so we've been creating our own comic book together. I'm the illustrator since I'm better at drawing than writing. Michael comes up with all the storylines and superpowers for our heroes. We're calling ourselves "The Sensational Spider-Mates" for now, but we'll probably change it to something cooler soon.Sports have kept me busy too. I joined a summer soccer league at the community center. My team is called the Red Rockets. Can you believe they let me be team captain? I'm not even the best player, but I try my hardest and always cheer everyone on from the sidelines. We've won more games than we've lost which is pretty good. I scored the game-winning goal last week with just a few minutes left! The celebration after was huge. I've also been playing a lot of basketball with my neighbors almost every night until it gets dark out.Mr. Li, I just wanted to give you a quick recap of what I've been up to this summer before school starts back up next month. I've stayed busy with activities and reading, but I'm already starting to miss school a little bit. Not too much though! I can't wait to see what new and exciting things we'll be learning aboutin 4th grade. You're my favorite teacher ever and I hope I get placed in your class again this year. Enjoy what's left of your vacation!Your student,[Your name]。
