汽油机使用说明书

汽油非常易燃,在某中条件下会发生爆炸。
在通风良好的地方加油,加油时汽油机要停止运转,在加油地不能抽烟,存储汽油地严禁明火及火花。
油箱不要加的过满(加油口颈部应无燃油),加完油后,检查油箱盖是否盖好。
加油时当心不要溢溅燃油,溢溅出的燃油或燃油挥发气体可能会燃烧。如果有燃油溢溅出,在启动前要确保该地方已挥发干净。
2.把节气门手柄置于所需要的汽油机运转速度的位置。
八、停机
在紧急情况下停机,把停车开关扳到OFF(关)位置,在通常的条件下,采用下面步骤:
1.把节气门手柄向右移到低。
2.把停车开关扳到OFF(关)位置。
3.把燃油阀扳到OFF(关)位置。
九、维护与保养
警告!
在进行任何保养前必须关停汽油机。
为了防止汽油机以外起动,把汽油机开关置于OFF(关)并拔下火花塞连线。
执行标准:JB/T 5135.3-2001通用小型汽油机技术条件
四、安全事项
警告!
每次起动汽油机前,一定要做操作前的预检,以免发生人员意外和机器损伤。
为防止火灾发生和保证通风良好,在操作时要是汽油机离建筑物和其他设备至少1米距离,不要把易燃物品放在汽油机旁。
儿童和宠物必须原理操作区域,防止可能被汽油机烫伤或者运转部件伤害。

dle发动机油针调试教程
1、首先看发动机油针是否拧紧,要发动机气门必须有大于1毫米的间隙;
2、油针多在发动机条件下调试,一般为3圈半左右。
发动前先要用手堵住进风口或排气口,拉几次把油抽到油针座上;
3、点火器必须放置10秒以上,发动不起来的话就要等一段时间。
调教引擎,其实就是调教引擎的化油器。
火油器通常有两种,一种是常规的四针化油器,另一
种是简化的两针化油器。
四针的调整相对复杂很多,它有主油针(高速油针)、副油针(低速油针)、
湿度油针和怠速螺丝。
而两针式的只有高速油针和低速油针。
把车子启动后,车留在启动台上(或者提起车子,使四轮离地)。
这时候稍微加大油门,让发动
机运行到足够的工作温度(大约需要15-25秒)。
或者让车子在地上慢跑3到4圈,也能让发动机达
到工作温度。
然后,我们开始进行调教。

安装螺旋桨不使用螺纹胶会导致固定螺丝被螺旋桨全部切断。
Before every use, check the engine assembly, propeller and airframe carefully for loose screws and nuts. Loctite(242,243) is strongly recommended on all the screws.Otherwise propller could cut off the bolts during the flight.2、请注意:如果要在试车台上磨合或测试发动机,必须有很好的减震装置,否则可能导致发动机部分零件的损坏,最好把发动机安装在飞机上进行磨合。
