复习已学内容,自然延伸到新课学习,起到承上启下的作用。同时,自然灾害贴近生活实际,简单易懂,增强学生学习新课的pictures of earthquakes that happened in Wenchuan on May12, 2008 and Yushu on April14, 2010. Let students guess the new words and talk about the earthquakes that happened in Sichuan and Qinghaiwith your partner or classmates, then answer the questions.
