Students are not good at speaking English, and I want them to express themselves well. So I print the handouts for the students, and prepare for the English lesson. I also have made one video to help them to study this lesson before the English class. I sent the video to other students to arouse the Ss’ enthusiasm of studying English by my Micro-Message Public Number SES20141002. I think it can train their ability of self-studying according to the micro-lecture. The teacher should give the Ss proper suggestions and give the Ss the encourage language to increase the Ss enthusiasm of speaking English. So I add the handout at last. And I think before-listening ,While-listening and post-listening are both necessary for the students. Students can realize the process of inputting and outputting.
