教学策略:本课时采用任务型教学法、交际法、多媒体教学归纳教学法。
引导学生积极运用所学英语进行交流，加强合作式学习。

Round 2 Who learn the words fastest?
(1).Show Fu Yuanhui’ s photos and ask: Can she swim?
Then show the sentences: She can swim fast. She swam very fast at the Olympic Games and lead to the word “swam”.
(Read the word with one by one and in groups.)
(2). Show the photo of a turtle and ask : Can it run fast?
Present the word : slow (Read slowly like an old man.) (3). Look and judge “√”or “×”
Show the pictures of healthy food and unhealthy food and present the new word “healthy”. Read the word with “hide and say”. (Purpose：In order to strengthen to read the new word.) Then show two sentences with pictures:
A: They are healthy for us.
B: It’s not healthy for us.

(4).Show the old word “fast, last” lead to the new words “past”, present two pictures about the young man and the old man .Then show the sentences: In the past, he was young. Now he is old and slow but healthy. (Read in pairs.)
