摘要

目标决定了组织，而组织是影响目标能否实现的重要因素。

本文在介绍了目前主要广泛使用的几种企业组织结构模式的类型，并在此基础上分析了几种类型的特点以及有效性，为企业组织结构模式的分析研究提供理论基础。

组织结构模式是企业最基本的组成单位，是企业行为在实物中的表现，组织结构模式的设计更是企业目标实现的重要保障。通过分析新潮集团企业组织结构模式存在的问题，从企业发展战略、员工要求、市场需要、竞争对手四个维度论证了组织结构设计的必要性，据此对组织结构模式进行优化设计。

并提出在实施过程中的保障措施，以期为民营企业未来发展和不断转型进行组织结构模式优化设计提供经验。

Abstract

The goal determines the organization, and the organization is an important factor that affects whether the goal can be achieved.

This paper introduces several types of enterprise organizational structure models which are widely used at present, and analyzes the characteristics and effectiveness of these types on this basis, which provides a theoretical basis for the analysis and research of enterprise organizational structure models.

Organizational structure mode is the most basic unit of an enterprise, and it is the performance of the enterprise behavior in the real object. The design of organizational structure mode is an important guarantee for the realization of the enterprise's goals.

By analyzing the problems existing in the organizational structure mode of Xinchao group, this paper demonstrates the necessity of the organizational structure design from the four dimensions of enterprise development strategy, employee requirements, market needs and competitors, and then optimizes the organizational structure mode.

And put forward the safeguard measures in the process of implementation, in order to provide experience for the future development and continuous transformation of private enterprises to optimize the design of organizational structure mode.
