公益启发:在这个浮躁的社会，机会和诱惑很多，社会需求纷繁复杂，但是唯有专业专一深入，才能提供有效的服务。
你想什么都做，其实什么也不做了。
2. If it's stupid but works，it isn't stupid.如果一个蠢方法有效，那它就不是一个蠢方法。
公益启发:尤其是与人的交往（服务对象），把你的技巧放到一边把，用心和真诚远比技巧重要。
3.Don't look conspicuous - it draws fire. (This is why aircraft carriersare called "Bomb Magnets".)不要太显眼，因为那会引来对方火力攻击。

）公益启发:国内做NGO,低调些为好.另外，踏实是跟低调同行的。
4. Never share a foxhole with anyone braver than you are.别和比你勇敢的战友躲在同一个散兵坑里。
（追击的时候，前方情况不明，没有必要和冲动的队友一起冲过去送死）公益启发:别和很愤青（太感性冲动）的同一个小组或团队。
5. Never forget that the lowest bidder made your weapon.别忘了你手上的武器是由最低价的承包商得标制造的。
（自己活着才能打败更多敌人！）公益启发:让别人快乐的前提是你要快乐！或者是要时刻保持清醒！6. If your attack is going really well，it's an ambush.如果你的攻击进行得很顺利，那一定是你中了圈套。

军衔在军服着装中有着不可替代的作用，美军军衔设计精美，制作精良，堪称军队军衔中的精品。
美军军衔分为3类11 级。
军官军衔有上将、中将、少将、准将；上校、中校、少校；上尉、中尉、少尉、准尉。
美军上将军衔一般授予军兵种最高军事长官。
因为美国国防部长由文职官员担任，所以国防部长是不授衔的。
美军中等级森严，下级必须服从上级，以此保证军队管理和作战的需求。
美国的军官职务编制军衔规定参谋长联席会议主席、军种参谋长、战区司令官为上将；军种副参谋长、军长、舰队司令为中将；师长、航空母舰特混部队司令为少将；副师长、独立旅旅长为准将；团长、空军联队长、舰长为上校；营长、舰艇中队长为中校；副营长、舰艇分队长为少校；连长为上尉；副连长为中尉；排长为少尉。

从自身习武经历来看，深感传统武术教学的方法和理论对现代人来说过于深奥，缺乏现代科学系统的解释，很难普及。

由于译者也爱好军事，偶然发现美军战地手册-身体素质训练(Field Manual Physical Fitness Training FM 21-20 1998)，内容权威，包括科学的身体素质训练体系和标准。
美军的体系对于耐力标准相对较低，而且适用于普通身体素质的人，也容易理解实行。
于是从2008年10月开始翻译，自己也在按以上内容身体力行。
4个月内成功减肥9公斤，并身体素质有得提高从跑800米到能坚持跑5000米。
