《商务英语写作》作业设计课程名称商务英语写作课程代码 04授课专业、班级商务英语专业二年级总学分 4总学时642013年12月30日《商务英语写作》学生作业方案一、作业设计思路1、作业目标:《商务英语写作》课程根据涉外商务助理和外贸业务员两大岗位的工作任务设计教学项目,训练学生用英语有条理地组织商务信息,起草规范得体、条理清晰的商务文书,合理利用商务交流中的礼节和技巧,建立有效的商务沟通的能力。

具体训练目标如下:(1)能够根据招聘广告并结合个人实际情况,熟练撰写英语求职信、应聘信、求职追踪信和个人简历等求职类文书(2)能够运用商务交际中的礼节和技巧,撰写英语邀请函、感谢信、祝贺信等常见社交类文书(3)能够规范地起草英语启示、通知、备忘录、商务报告、会议纪要等常用公务文书(4)能够比较规范地撰写英语名片、简章、推销函等主要商务宣传文书(5)能够正确、得体地处理询盘信、发盘信、还盘信、订单与合同等常规外贸商务函电。

2、作业的次数:本课程分五个单元15个模块,以某大学毕业生从商务助理到外贸业务员的经历为中心,每个单元均采用项目化教学,采用课内课外双线并行的训练模式。

(1)本学期课堂作业:课堂内完成与15个模块主题相关的课内写作项目,同时训练学生口头表达、团队协助等综合素质。

(2)本学期课外作业:小项目作业5次,分别为学习规划及邀请函、通知、备忘录和名片等主题;论坛作业3次,分别为电子邮件、会议纪要和学习反馈等,另要求在线讨论与答疑,次数不定。

(3)综合性大作业:4次,分别为来自企业具体情景下的求职信与个人简历、商务报告、销售函和询盘信。

3、作业项目来源:作业来自于密切合作企业的实例,主要合作企业为湖州瑞丰纺织印染有限公司、湖州德马物流系统工程有限公司、湖州米皇羊绒制品有限公司、湖州三鑫纺织印染有限公司、湖州翔顺丝绸有限公司等。

4、作业要求、批阅和评价方法:课堂作业以学生为主体,由学生自己操作,再分析样文和易错点,本模块不评分。

小项目作业和综合性大作业均要求学生在《商务英语写作作业册》里书面完成,内设计有详细的作业要求;小项目作业以“组员互评方式+教师审阅”方式进行评价,训练学生对自己作品的纠错能力,占平时成绩的10%;课程论坛作业要求学生发帖自行讨论,根据学生主动回答情况及正确率由企业兼职教师酌情给分,占平时成绩的10%。

综合性大作业以教师评阅与反馈方式为主,占平时成绩的20%。

项目设计时,替换了公司名称等真实信息。

(2)具体内容和要求内容:根据广州瑞丰纺织印染有限公司在网络上所刊登的招聘国际贸易业务员广告,撰写一封英文求职信和个人简历。

要求:了解该公司详细情况及对招聘岗位的具体要求,根据自身条件对应招聘要求撰写求职信和个人简历,要求做到格式正确、内容完整、突出自身优势,求职信中适当推销自己,能得到雇主的关注。

2. 班级月度零用钱调研报告或校园店铺经营状况调研报告撰写(1)项目来源由教师提供商务调研报告的可选选题:班级月度零用钱调研报告,或校园店铺经营状况调研报告。

考虑到商务报告内容的局限性,项目设计时选择了贴近学生校园生活的、易操作、易统计、易归纳的选题。

(2)具体内容和要求内容:①选择一班级,对该班同学每月零用钱使用情况进行调研。

在此基础上形成调研报告,内容要求有调研数据和调研总结。

②选择一校园店铺,对该店铺的经营现状进行调研。

在此基础上形成调研报告,内容要求有调研数据、调研总结和相应对策。

要求:在报告撰写前以项目组为单位进行自由选题并在课堂上选派代表进行选题理由的口头陈述。

3. 公司简介、主营产品推介和产品销售函撰写(1)项目来源教师提供全球500强公司名录,由学生从中选择熟悉的公司进行公司简介。

并在该公司主营产品中选择一款产品做重点推介,在此基础上进行产品销售函的写作。

(2)具体内容和要求内容:①选择全球500强公司名录中的一个知名公司,为其制作公司简介PPT并口头陈述②选择该公司主营产品中的某一款产品做产品推介PPT并口头陈述③为该款产品撰写一封销售函要求:公司简介PPT内容完整简洁,产品推介PPT能突出产品的卖点;销售函在写作中要求能体现一定的营销技巧,语言规范得体,格式正确。

4.纺织品外贸业务工作室收到的询盘回复(1)项目来源由我校纺织品外贸业务工作室提供真实的询单案例,并使用阿里巴巴商务网()完成本项目。

(2)具体内容和要求:内容:我校纺织品工作室收到一封询盘信,询问2000条羊毛毯CIFC 3% 至墨尔本的报价、付款方式和装运情况,请查阅阿里巴巴商务网站上的信息找寻供货商,并根据实际情况进行回复。
