1.使用液体应该注意该油泵设计适用于油类，虽然它适用于各种条件。
1)商品目录上介绍的油泵，除标记有特别用途的产品之外，设计及性能全部以ISO VG56 40°C为标准。
在使用此种油以外的情况下，性能或耐久性会出现差异。
Trochoid摆线泵采用的是自动润滑方式，根据使用的液体，可以对滑动面或轴承部位进行润滑。
使用不含润滑性的液体、含有腐蚀性的液体以及不含防锈功能的液体(水)会造成油泵破损。
在使用润滑油以外液体的情况下，请咨询本公司。
2)当泵用于燃油时，相对于象煤油这样低粘度的燃油，必须注意，泵的最大使用压力也会受到限制。
不可使用汽油等挥发油。
否则会引起爆炸或火灾事故。
部分燃油含有能让标准油封膨润的性质，当泵用于燃油时，请务必联系本公司以确认规格。
2.使用液体的温度和粘度适用的液体温度范围为-5°C～80°C。
适用液体的粘度范围为10～500mm²/sec。
如果使用过程中超出上述范围，可能会造成泵的使用寿命严重缩短、性能降低以及液体泄露等现象。
使用情况超出上述范围时的特殊规格，请与本公司联系。
使用高温油时，因油泵和泄露的油会引起烧伤事故。
3.适用的环境温度泵适用的环境温度为-20°C～40°C。
英诺威克齿轮泵型号参数说明
英诺威克齿轮泵型号参数说明
1、NYP型
NYP型是指内啮合齿轮泵，N表示内部，Y表示油，P表示英文的泵(pump).
该型号通常用NYP-a/b表示，其中a表示理论值排量，b为额定压差。
2、2CY型
2CY型是指带两个齿轮的油泵，2表示两个齿轮，C和Y分别是齿轮和油的拼音首字母.
标准名称为无安全阀的渐开线齿轮Profile油传动齿轮泵。
这种表示方法类似于NYP型，2CY-a/b，a代表流量，b代表额定压差。
3、YCB
Y、C、B 型分别是圆、齿轮和泵的首字母。
标准名称为带安全阀的正弦曲线双弧齿形输油齿轮泵,模型表达方法与2CY型相同。
4、KCB
这种类型来自前苏联，K代表安全阀，C代表齿轮，B代表泵。
业界将其解释为带有安全阀的渐开线齿轮泵。
型号标识为

5、LB L型和B型分别是冷河泵业的缩写

川崎斜盘型 K3V系列 轴向活塞泵
斜盘机构由斜盘、活塞瓦、斜板支持台、倾转缸衬、倾转销、 伺服 油缸构成。斜板在活塞瓦动作面的相反侧形成的圆筒状的部位上被支撑 在斜板支撑台上。由调节器控制的油压力，在活塞两侧的油压室的引导 作用下，使得活塞左右运动，此时借助于倾转销的球部，斜盘支持台上 摇动，可以改变倾转角。
（2） 分解前，仔细阅读维修要领书，按正确的顺序进行分解。
（3） 即使只分解某个部分，也要注意不要让灰尘进入。
（4） 部件都经过精密加工，工作时要注意不要碰伤。

8、泵体的异常的检查方法
泵内往往安装有调整器，附属阀，附属泵，虽然难以发现故障的原 因，但如按以下几项大的项目进行调查，异常部分便可查明。

卡死 力正常，调整 阀尾部螺钉，在a2口接上压力表，慢慢拧入M6螺钉
排量，观察a2 ，到a2口压力为2.0-2.2MPa(70%左右排量)时锁。
