HMP155A型温湿度传感器检定方法探究摘要本文通过对HMP155A型温湿度传感器系统结构的介绍,并对铂电阻温度传感器和湿敏电容湿度传感器的工作原理进行了分析,结合现有省级计量检定设备和检定规程对其检定方法进行了探讨,通过案例给出了详细的检定步骤和方法,以保证最终传感器提供较为准确的探测数据。

空气湿度是表示空气中水汽含量和湿润程度的气象要素。

气温和空气湿度都是地面气象观测中的重要的气象要素。

其数据的准确性将直接影响开展各类气象服务、天气预报、气候预测预估的效果。

目前,气象探测业务工作中常用的气温的探测设备通常是铂电阻温度传感器,具有代表性的温度传感器型号有HYA-T型(华云升达(北京)气象科技有限责任公司生产)、WUSH-TW100型(江苏省无线电科学研究所有限公司生产),进行检定时的依据为《JJG(气象)002-2015 自动气象站铂电阻温度传感器检定规程》常用的湿度传感器通常采用湿敏电容来测湿,具有代表性的几种湿度传感器为HMP45D型、HMP155A型与DHC1型温湿度传感器,进行检定时的依据为《JJG(气象)003-2011 自动气象站湿度传感器检定规程》。

由于各类用于湿度探测的传感器一般都结合了温度探测功能,为了节约成本,提高工作效率,目前自动气象站在进行气象观测时,有相当一部分气象站采用温湿度传感器来进行气温和空气湿度的观测。

赵旭等[1]、韩广鲁等[2]、王强等[3] 对温度的检定方法进行了研究,王锡芳等[4]、王雪松等[5] 分别对机械式温湿度计和温湿度表的检定方法进行了研究,李英梅等[6]、孙文良等[7] 对HMP45D温湿度传感器的检定校准方法进行了探讨。

本文在以上研究人员工作基础上结合现有的自动站检定规程[8]对HMP155A 型温湿度传感器检定方法探究。

1 结构及工作原理1.1 结构图1 HMP155A型温湿度传感器外观结构示意图图2 HMP155A型温湿度传感器温度探头示意图HMP155A温湿度传感器的结构由两部分组成,一部分用于测量气温,通过铂电阻温度传感器进行的;另一部分用是湿敏电容及相应的转换电路组成,用来测量湿度。

需要设备:HM70手持式温湿度传感器

调整方法:用211339连接电缆把HM70手持式温湿度传感器和HMT100温湿度传感器连接起来,按HMT100温湿度传感器中的ADJ按钮,当按钮上面的指示灯亮起来的时候,打开HM70手持式温湿度传感器电源,等待30分钟以上,按确定自动调整HMT100温湿度传感器。

调整完之后,先关闭HM70手持式温湿度传感器,然后拔掉连接电缆。

(此方法为单点调整,LiCL按钮和NaCL按钮是双点调整时用的,单点调整时不用)
HMW61温湿度传感器校正
需要设备:HM70手持式温湿度传感器
HMA6070连接电缆
调整方法:用HMA6070连接电缆把HM70手持式温湿度传感器和HMW61温湿度传感器连接起来,打开HM70手持式温湿度传感器电源,等待30分钟以上,通过调整主板上相应的RH offset和RH gain进行调整。

调整完之后,先关闭HM70手持式温湿度传感器,然后拔掉连接电缆。

(此方法为单点调整,这种温湿度传感器最好用双点调整,不建议用单点调整)
HM70手持式温湿度传感器、211339连接电缆及HMA6070连接电缆。

在 湿 度 接 近 饱 和的 环 境 中可 靠 地 测量 湿 度极具挑 战性,因为测 量 会 因 雾 、霭 、雨以 及 严 重 结 露 的影响,探 头被 打湿 后可能 无法 对周围 环 境 进 行 准 确 的 测 量。
