1、If no written objection is raised by either party one month before its expiry, this Agreement will be automatically extended for another year.

10、仲裁：凡因本合同产生的有关任何争议，均应提交中国贸易仲裁委员会，按照该委员会的现行仲裁规则在北京进行仲裁。仲裁裁决是终局的，对双方均有约束力。

译文：All disputes arising from the performance of this Agreement shall then be submitted to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission for arbitration in Beijing, and the rules of this Commission shall be applied. The award of the arbitration shall be final and binding upon both parties.
