二、新课学习
Step1．老师播放纽约唐人街舞狮表演的视频，询问学生:“Where
are they ?”请学生回答你的问题。
有些学生可能对唐人街有所了解，
所以部分学生能回答出这个问题。
对学生说：“They are in New
York.They are in Chinatown.”
Step2．然后出示“There’s a Chinatown in New York.”并问
学生“Are there any C hinatown in China?”引导学生回答“All towns in China are Chinatown!”
Step3．播放活动1的课文，让学生跟读。
学生们跟读完了以后，
进行情感渗透：Chinatown的中文翻译是唐人街。
有时也称为华埠或
中国街。
它是中国人聚居地和商业区。
目前,纽约有三个公认的唐人
街。
它们是曼哈顿区的唐人街(Chinatown)、皇后区的法拉盛(Flushing)和布鲁克林区的第八大道(Eighth Avenue)。
唐朝在中国
历史上是一个强盛的朝代。
在海外的华侨华人往往称自己是“唐
人”，他们聚集的地方便称为唐人街。
唐人街是中华民族在海外的
落脚地，也是中华文化在海外的保留地和生长点。

Step4．老师先出示中国商店和餐馆的图片，让学生学习Chinese shops and restaurants,并延伸到句子There are lots of Chinese shops and restaurants.（配合图片进行）There’s Chinese dancing.并通过PPT让学生感受中国唐人街的风俗人情。
Step5．播放歌曲龙的传人，并进行情感渗透。
三、结论总结
本课程学习了唐人街的相关知识，进一步激发了我们的爱国情怀。
四、课堂练习
1．请学生认真听第一遍录音，并回答问题。
