热泵热水器面板使用说明书一、按键说明1、开/关键：主机开关机功能。
2、供水键：手动开关供水泵。
3、经济键：未用。
4、水温“▲/▼”键：可将水箱水温设置在28度至60度。
5、参数“▲/▼”键：可将各种参数进行上下设定。
6、功能键：选择各项菜单功能进行设定。
7、确认键：进入功能设定时确定进入某项功能。
8、时段键：可选择主机或供水24小时内三种不同时间定时设置。
9、定时键：可选择定时开、定时关、取消功能。
10、二、操作说明：◆开机和关机在通电有效情况下，按下“开关”键，在关机的情况下，会立即开机，反之，则关机。
当要设定定时开/关机、定时供水、回水、化霜、电热功能时要在开机的情况下才有效。
◆水箱水温设定：在开机情况下，可对水箱水温进行调节，调节水温只需按水温“▲/▼”键即可调节至所需水温，水温可在28-60℃范围内随意调节。
◆供热水泵手动开关设定：当水温达到设定供水温度要求时，按“供水”键即可供水。
◆菜单功能选择：按“功能”键，可进行时钟、定时开/关主机、定时开/关供水泵、确定回水（供水）温度、光度要求、除霜参数要求、电加热温度要求七项菜单功能选择。
要进行功能选择时，必须在开机状态下将“功能”键长按5秒才能进入功能选择，确定选取功能完成后，不再操作控制板时，10秒钟后自动退出功能选择。
1、时钟功能设定：（1）长按“功能”健，进入功能选择后，再按一下“功能”键，进入时间设定功能，此时显示屏时钟显示闪动，可对小时参数进行调整，按住“参数”“▲/▼”键，小时数字可上下调整。
（2）、完成小时设置后，再按“确认”键，进入分钟数设置，按住参数“▲/▼”键，分钟数可上下调整。
再按“确认”键，时钟设定完成。
2、主机定时设定：（1）、进入功能选择后，按二下“功能”键，显示屏“主机”菜单闪动，按“确认”键后进入主机定时功能。
（2）、时段选择或定时开关查询主机定时可选择3个时段，进入主机定时功能时，按“时段”键可对定时时段进行选择。

△确认键：进入参数设定模式后，按“上升/下降”键先选至需设定的机组代号上，按一次此键对此机组选定，此时被选定的机组代号闪烁，然后再按“上升/下降”键选择需重新设定的参数代码，按一次此键对此代码选定，被选定参数代码闪烁(左边两数码)，按“上升/下降”键调整设定参数(右边两数码)，设定好按此键确认并退出对此代码的设定。
△上升/下降键：用此键调整设定温度，在开机状态下初始温度显示50℃，每按一次温度上升或下降 1 度，温度设定范围为20℃-55℃，如按住上升键 4 秒不放，设定温度可以上升至60℃。

欢迎阅读空气源热泵热水系统的简易操作指南一、热水系统的水温设置? 加热设备（可视作热交换器或热储水箱）出水口的水温，一般的设置温度为不低于55℃ 。
热水保温水箱的温度一般的设置温度为不低于50℃。
为了降低能耗，热水系统可根据实际使用需要和季节情况做调节：冬季温度一般设置为50~55℃；夏季温度设置为43~45℃。
电加热自动温度控制器设置温度上限温度为45℃，下限温度为38℃,就是在水温低于38℃时电加热自动投入时，当水温达到45℃电加热器自动切断，冬天打 1 23广州金号空气源热泵 --（简易操作说明）(一).操作面板(二△开如按住上升键10秒不放，设定温度可以上升至60℃。

二、功能键的操作说明1、查看主模块一、二级菜单参数：连续按“选项”键，模块号位显示“1”，表示[功能1]，按确认键“”，进入[功能1]，按“选项”键，选择1或选择2，按“”进入一级或二级菜单显示，按“选项”键逐个查看“0-F””键，显示“”，再按“”进入一级菜单参数范围详见附表一。
待参数设定后按“”键将3、读出/修改本机密码连续按“选项”键，模块号位显示“4”，表示[功能4]，按确认键“”，进入[功能4]，提示“4 111”，表示密码为“111””数据增加，“””键写入。
注：任何时候按键停留时间>30S，主机会自动退出查键过程。
4、硬故障的按键解除在热泵机组出现靶流、低压频繁、排气频繁、高压故障后，可以不重新上电，而通过按键的方法来重新启动该系统。

Install place shall be firm and could load 500kg/m 2 . If thefloor is not flat enough, it shall be installed with hang wall.3) The storage shall be pre-addressed tap-water pipe and hot waterpipe interface, and set a valve on water inlet.d. Temperature Hold Box Installation Steps1) Please install the safety relief valve in the place of water inletoutside connecting steel wire. (Note: point to the water tank),the other end of safety relief valve is connect with water tap pipe,make storage tank connect with hot water pipe. Do follow with (Fig3)（Fig 3）2) Open water tap inlet valve. Open any hot water tap in hot waterpipe. Fill it till the water overflowed. Heat Connecting Hose Installation1) Keep all connecting hose, control wire, twin core test wire andrelief valve plastic belted by plastic keep warm belt and keep themgo through ￠70 tube hole.2) Screw off the end socket nut of tank connecting hose.3) Get out the end socket plug screw, make the connect interface screwto the tank taps (firstly keep the copper hose aim to interface andthen lock the screw.)Do as Fig 4 shows.（Fig 4）4) Put plastic hose over pressure relief opening of safety reliefvalve. Connect the control wire with display panel. Dig two relateddeep holes and fix the display panel with setscrew5) Unscrewing the end socket nut of disconnecting valve and triplevalve. Screw the connecting hose to disconnecting valve and triplevalve. Tight them. Fig 5Fig 5f. Leakage Checking on Connecting Host:1) Ensure the pipe is corrected connected.2) Unscrew the cooper cap of two disconnecting valve and threedisconnecting valve. Get off pour opening cap from three waydisconnecting valve.3) Turn 1/2 round of two way valve with counter-clockwise by innerhexagon spanner.4) Coat the connecting host interface and water tank interface suds and check both of them are bladdery or not. If there are, tight them.5) Make inner hexagon spanner thrust against pour opening’s valve core. After 10 seconds “sizzle”, stop thrust for one minutes. Doit again for three time till the air become cool.6) Turn and open the disconnecting valve and three way valve corewith counter-clockwise by inner hexagon spanner. And then tight all caps.Warning: heating system should not contain air in order to keep itnormal working.Note: Do not let any thing go into the connecting hose. Keep thehose warm and keep the cooper hose without broken!!!g. Connections of Circuits1) The air source Water Heater outdoor machine shall be installedfollows the national wiring rule.2) Unscrew the screw of outdoor machine cover board3) Connect the temperature probe connector with outdoor machine twin core connector. Connect the display board connector with triple core connector.4) Connect the plug cord with leakage protection (show as Fig 4) h. Test Running1. As you are sure to install as above said in correct way, plug in. The pilot lamp shall be light under power is given. If it does notlight, press “reset” till it light.2. As the power is given, the intelligent controller will show youthe time and temperature at that moment. As it shows “OFF”, please press “ON/OFF”, it will show the one of conditions of “heating”, “heat preservation”, “defrosting”. If the water temperature is lower than the start temperature, it will show “heating”.3. As the compressor does 3 minutes delay device, you will feel thethree-way valve tube will be felt warm and warm.4. as the system is well worked, the water temperature will raisestep by step. The machine is well installed.g. Remove air source1. Make the two way disconnect valve will be closed round table clock wise by inner hexagon spanner.2. Be in advanced condition by a series of password as in common work condition.3. Begin to sort the liquid by select the “F98” with “▲” or “▼”.After air machine had running for one minute, close the three wayvalve.4. 出水温度过热：若出水温度≥68℃，显示故障代码“E10”。
出水温度≤50℃后进入待机状态。
防冻保护：环境温度≤1℃，压缩机停止运行时 (即关机或待机或故障锁机状态)，每60分钟三通阀开至回水位，启动水泵1分钟后返回待机状态。
传感器损坏保护:当系统检测到除排气温度外的其它温度传感器≥90℃或≤-30℃，认为此传感器已损坏，显示相应故障代码。
当系统检测到压缩机排气温度传感器≥120℃或≤-20℃，认为此传感器已损坏，显示故障代码“E21”。
出现上述故障机组停止工作；故障排除后可自动恢复正常工作。
高压压力保护：压力开关断开3秒时，显示器显示高压保护代码“E11”，机组关机。
30分钟后自动恢复工作。
低压压力保护：机组进入运行状态下延时3分钟检测压力开关断开3秒时，显示器显示压力保护故障保护代码“E12”，机组进入待机状态；若1小时内连续出现三次此故障，控制器锁机，掉电后故障解除。
除霜运行状态下不检测低压压力开关的通断。
压缩机排气温度过高保护:当压缩机排气温度≥105℃时, 显示器显示故障代码“E22”,机组保护停机，30分钟后自动恢复工作。
缺水保护：当水位SW4连续断开3秒时，水泵SB 不能启动运行，此时三三、、空空气气源源热热泵泵的的使使用用 11..控控制制面面板板说说明明显示界面：二位数码管：待机状态下，显示设定温度，运行状态下：显示出水温度，设定功能时显示功能代码，查询时显示参数代码。

应急运行:当符合应急电加热启动条件时,应急运行图标亮。
∷≠22..控控制制面面板板操操作作说说明明操作键： 功能键--------加键--------减键。
功能键：按一下，依次查询状态参数。
按住功能键10秒后松开,进入功能参数设定。
加键：按一下，设定参数时增加1。
减键：按一下，设定参数时减少1。
当前时钟设置：同时触摸功能键和加键10秒进入较时状态,时钟与分钟轮流闪动,触摸加减键调节至所需时间。
10秒内无任何键触摸,则退出确认。
设置完毕，退出即自动确认。
参数设置及定时开关机设置：触摸功能键10秒进入参数设定状态,二位数码管显示相应参数代码,四位数码管显示相应参数值, 触摸功能键，参数代码循环显示，触摸加减键调节所需参数，10秒内无任何键触摸,则退出确认。
设置完毕，退出即自动确认。
定时开关机设置必须从C0开始触摸，按次序设置。
机型重新设定后，应断电后重新上电，当前设置才有效。
定时的设定：当进入定时设置时，触摸“加减键”设置时间数值；继续触摸“功能”键，依次动作区间为：C0-C1-C2-C3-C4-C5依次循环.设置完成后，进入相应功能，显示相应标识。
定时开关机设置有效时，定时运行图标显示。
定时的取消：当C0-C5全部设为“00”或各段时间设置相同数字时则表示机组没有定时开关机,为全天24小时都可运行。
在定时状态下,同时触四通阀控制：正常开机时四通阀处于断电状态，只有在除霜时才上电工作。
风机控制：正常开机时风机处于上电状态，只有在除霜时才断电停止工作。
六六、、维维护护与与保保养养若能对机组进行长期而有效的维护和保养，机组的运行可靠性和使用寿命都会得到有效的提高。
在冬天气温低于2℃时若停止使用或停电，必须及时将机组管路中的水放净，并切断电源，做好防护措施。
再运行时，开机前对系统进行全面检查并做运行确认。
机外安装的水过滤器请根据当地水质进行定期清洗（3～6个月最少一次），保证系统内水质清洁，水循环通畅,以避免机组因水或过滤器脏堵,水循环量减少而影响热水系统的运行效率或造成意外的损坏。
经常检查机组的电源和电气系统的接线是否牢固，电气元件是否有异常，如有请及时维修或处理。
经常检查水系统的补水、液位控制器和排气装置工作是否正常，以免造成溢水过多、水循环量减少，从而影响机组的制热量和机组运行的可靠性。
机组周围请保持清洁干燥，通风良好。
定期清洗（2～3个月最少一次）空气侧换热器，保持良好的换热效果。
机组周围请勿堆放杂物，以免堵塞进出风口，机组四周应保持清洁干燥，通风良好。
经常检查机组的各个部件的工作情况，检查机内管路接头和充气阀门处是否有油污，确保机组制冷剂无泄露。
注意检查水泵，水路阀门是否工五五、、调调试试与与运运行行 11..试试运运行行的的准准备备检查机组外观及机内管路系统是否遭到损坏；风扇叶是否与风扇固定板和风扇护网干涉。
检查所供电电源是否与本说明书和机组铭牌上所要求的供电电源一致。

检查系统管路、阀门、水位线等设备是否安装正确。
该开启或关闭的阀门是否已全部开启或关闭；热水管路系统的保温措施是否良好。
22..试试运运行行当对整个系统进行全面检查确认符合要求后，可进行系统试运行。
接通电源，根据客户需求设置好各项参数，三分钟后机组开始运转，观察运转是否正常，听听机组的运转声音是否平稳，观察显示屏的各项参数是否正常。
测量压缩机运转电流是否在正常范围内。
33..运运行行控控制制循环制热运行流程：开机---高水位上限接通60秒---三阀通开至回水位---循环水泵运行----流量符合要求----风机运行----压缩机运行。
直热运行流程：开机--高水位下限（及以下水位）断开60秒--三通阀开至进水位---流量符合要求----风机运行----压缩机运行。
直热运行说明：当水箱高水位下限断开60秒，主机开机进入直热运行，直到高水位上限接通60秒后主机转入循环保温功能。
循环运行说明：当水箱高水位上限接通60秒，主机启动水泵60秒，检测流量是否符合要求，是，检测水温是否小于设定温度，是，主机进入制热运行，水温达到设定值，机组退出运行。
水泵控制：当机组进入循环运行时，循环水泵开，当机组停机时，循环水泵将延时60秒后停止运转；当机组进入除霜时启动循环水泵。
当机组此表未列出的参数代码表示此控制器不适用。
33..使使用用注注意意事事项项在开机运行之前，请您检查一下进排气格栅是否有被什么物体所遮挡。
本热泵热水机有普通型，低温型，超低温型,供水压力下使用条件设计而成的，若在此状况以外的场合下使用热泵热水机,可能导致功能失常。
请注意区分使用。
请检查自来水供水压力是否达到。
如不使用自来水而是用天面水箱的水，机组里面自带水泵具有抽水功能，用以保证供水水量和水质。
如有下列情况时，请立即停止操作。
关掉电源开关，然后与本公司或本公司经销商专职维修人员联系，不要自行修理热泵热水机。
保险丝和保护器经常断开及电源线和电源开关异常发热及损坏。
运行中发出难闻的气味及热泵热水机漏电。
绝对不要在热泵热水机旁使用或储存汽油或其它易燃气体与液体-----那样做很可能危险。
不要用主电源开关来开启或关闭热泵热水机。
请提供可操作的开关。
不要在热泵热水机的出风部位塞进任何东西。
这样做很危险，因为风扇在高速旋转，小心造成人身伤害。
不要让小孩玩弄热泵热水机。
使用热泵热水机前请认真阅读此手册。
