In my opinion, it is a good thing that more Chinese people go abroad. There are three reasons. First, the overseas learners can improve their ability through the study. They can grasp advanced technologies and their language ability can be improved as well. Second, with the rapid development of China, more and more overseas learners will choose come back, using their abundant knowledge studied abroad to serve for the motherland. The third, the government and most domestic enterprises are willing to provide favorable treatments to attract them to come back.在我看来，这是一件好事，更多的中国人民出国。
原因有三。
首先，海外学生可以通过提高他们的学习能力。
他们能掌握先进的技术和他们的语言能力可以提高。

开场（张太伟）Nowadays, many people like to study abroad. Studying abroad is often considered as a great opportunity which will lead to bright future in one'sride of passage. Not only can we learn different cultures and knowledge from foreign countries, studying abroadcan also enrich our lives.One coin has two sides. Likewise, different people have different minds. Conservative and negative concerns about studying abroad have been gradually emerging from our society. People start to wonder what goes wrong with studying abroad. There are a couple of issues worth of our discussions.优势1（张俊杰）：In my opinions ，I think studying abroad is advantageous.The most obvious advantage to overseas university study is real-life use of a different language. While a person can study a foreign language in his or her own country, it cannot compare with constant use of the language in academic and everyday life. I feel very honored to make a final statement of the negative.Just now, the two sides of argue friends have already made a drastic debate around the theme which is better at home or abroad.But I have two different opinions on the debate of the affirmative.
非常荣幸能够代表反方作最后的陈词。
刚才，双方辩友都围绕各自的主题展开了精彩激烈的辩论，但是在正方辩友的辩论中我方有两点感受：
1. The opinions of the affirmative are one-side:Although the affir mative listed many advantages in China,they didn’t compare China to foreign. No comparison,no voice. Like a person with a limited Outlook, so their opinions are one-side.
1.正方观点过于片面。
虽然正方辩友列举了许多在国内的好处，但他们没有体会国外的优点，没有对比就没有发言权，犹如井底之娃，观点过于片面。

1.Obviously,the most direct benefit is that it can help us improve our English level. I f we live in a English spoken country , our English will be improved quickly.You are surrounding by English,you need to pay attention to do some study ,but everything comes faster when you do because English is everywhere.

3.Relative to China,foreign has a fair employment environment ,
a more open government,a better protection system of intellectual property right,more excellent talents,so many companies list abroad. If you want to have a better job,although we should have good personal ability,good relations is more important .Besides,whatever t o do in China,we must pass a government permit,it is bad to us est ablish a business.
3.国外比国内有更宽松、更公平的就业环境，政府的政策更加的透明，人才更多，所以有许多公司都选择去国外上市。
在国内，要找一个好的工作，虽然要有真才实学，但良好的人际关系更重要.并且，在国内要从事什么项目，都要通过政府的审批，这就大大的限制了我们创业的积极性。
In conclusion,I think that foreign is better than chain.
