Article 7. From the date of agreement, Party B is responsible for matters concerned technology and project site while Party A is responsible for daily management, contact with client, supervisor and design organization (including consultation and visa, etc.) as well as daily routine.
第八条争议处理Article 8. Dispute Settlement
1、对于执行本合同发生的与本合同有关的争议应本着友好协商的原则解决；Any disputes arising from the execution of, or in connection with the contract shall be settled through friendly consultations between both parties;
2、如果双方通过协商不能达成一致，则提交仲裁委员会进行仲裁，或依法向人民法院起诉；
Where no settlement can be reached through consultation, the disputes shall be submitted to arbitration committee for arbitration or resort to people’s court.
第九条违约处理Article 9. Actions upon event of default
如果一方违反本合同的任何条款，非违约方有权终止本合同的执行，并依法要求违约方赔偿损害。
Should one party breaches any clause of this contract, the other party shall have the right to terminate this contract and claim compensation against default party by law.
第十条协议解除Article 10. Termination of agreement
1、一方合伙人有违反本合协议的，另一方有权解除合作协议

Article 11. Any matters not mentioned herein shall be regulated by a supplemental agreement which shall have the same legal binding force with this agreement.
