无线电装接工岗位规范
1 范围
本规范规定了无线电装接工岗位职责和岗位标准。
本规范适用于无线电装接工岗位的初级、中级、高级职务人员。
2 引用标准
Q/AG L07 1.1-2003职工政治思想和职业道德通用标准
3 岗位职责
3.1 本岗位承担全部光电仪器部件和整机的电装接线、电子箱装配、电路板装联及电缆制作等工作,并对产品质量负责。
3.2 贯彻执行国家军品有关电装规定及技术标准。
3.3 坚守岗位,遵守职业道德,钻研业务,苦练操作技能,不断提高技术水平。
3.4 树立“质量第一”的观念,严格执行操作工艺,按照图纸,技术文件,工艺文件进行操作,对其质量负责。
3.5 严格执行操作规范,增强安全意识,经常检查自己周围仪器设备,杜绝人身事故和质量事故隐患。
3.6 严格遵守所内,厂内有关质量,技安,管理规定,涉及生产的事项应按有关程序操作。
3.7 对生产过程中出现问题的反馈,应按照程序文件规定及时向工艺人员和上级领导反馈。
3.8 忠于职守,服从领导指挥,保证生产进度,按期完成生产任务。
3.9 正确使用、保养量具,仪器及仪表,随时检查是否在规定有效期内,超期应及时按程序送检,不得超期使用。
按规定作好自己分管设备的维护保养工作。
3.10 坚持文明生产,按生产现场管理有关规定对自己分管的工作区域环境进行管理、整顿。
保持良好工作环境。
3.11完成上级领导分派的其它工作,并认真填写生产日报表。

4.4 实际操作技能
4.4.1 初级工
4.4.1.1 看懂一般产品的有关技术工艺文件。
4.4.1.2 完成一般产品的全部装接或较复杂产品的部分装接。
4.4.1.3 能鉴别装接质量并进行修复。
4.4.1.4 正确使用和维护保养专用工、夹具及设备。
4.4.1.5 对各种电缆进行处理加工。
4.4.1.6 扎制较复杂的扎线。
4.4.2 中级工
4.4.2.1 看懂较复杂产品或复杂产品的有关技术工艺文件。
4.4.2.2 完成复杂产品或较复杂产品试制样机的全部装接。
4.4.2.3 能鉴别装接质量,并进行修复。
4.4.2.4 根据产品实样,能绘制部分装接草图。
4.4.2.5 能对工艺装置提出改进意见。
4.4.2.6 扎制复杂的扎线。
4.4.2.7 具有指导初级工工作的能力。
4.4.3 高级工
4.4.3.1 完成复杂产品试制样机的全部装接,并提出改进意见。
4.4.3.2 能解决装置中复杂的技术问题,并进行技术指导。
4.4.3.3 按复杂产品的实样,能绘制部分电原理图。
4.4.3.4 能操作先进的智能化的装接设备,并能排除长见故障。
4.4.3.5 具有指导中级工工作的能力。
