In order to make the target version more idiomatic and standard, the transformation of parts of speech is always used by translators. So the transformation of parts of speech is playing a more important role in English to Chinese based on different characteristics of English and Chinese. For the above facts, I select the subject of“On Transformation of parts of speech”as the title of my paper. I hope by studying this topic we can know the importance of the transformation of parts of speech in English to Chinese translation. Through transformation, we can get the better version and improve the translation skills. The way of thinking and expressing is quite different between Chinese and English. English is a kind of static languages which tends to use more nouns. While Chinese is a dynamic one in which verbs are often used. So when we make translation in English to Chinese, we should know this point and shift the parts of speech. Next, it is an outline of my paper. In the main part of this paper, I divide it into five parts. Part one presents an introduction to the basic concepts of parts of speech and transformation. Part two discusses the definition of translation and emphasizes the importance of transformation of parts of speech in the course of translation. Part three gives four basic ways of transformation of parts of speech through illustrative examples. There are transformed English words into Chinese verbs, nouns, adjectives and adverbs. Part four presents some problems about transformation and gives some advise to solve the problems. Part five draws some conclusions that transformation between parts of speech is necessary for us to achieve good translation. 首先，在思想内容上，本文以行政管理学的一个遗漏点，即行政系统中的非正式组织为切入点进行探索。
通过对图书馆近百本著作进行调查，我发现其中仅有复旦大学出版社出版的行政学原理、公共行政学涉及到了行政系统中的非正式组织。
非正式组织作为官场中的“第二种友谊”，对公共部门人力资源管理会产生很大影响。
因此，论题本身具有一定的理论和现实意义。
作为矛盾的统一体，任何行政组织内都会产生一定的非正式组织结构。
行政组织或多或少受到非正式组织的影响，纵观非正式组织正反两方面的作用，它可能成为正式组织发展的助力，也可能成为正式组织发展的阻力。
因此，组织管理者应对其加以正确认识并积极引导，把握其概念、和特点和作用，正确运用其正向功能，克服其负向功能，从而使非正式组织朝着更有利于组织发展和目标实现的方向迈进。
其次，在结构框架上，本文分成三个部分：第一部分为行政系统中非正式组织概述，包括行政系统中非正式组织的概念、特点及其沟通。
第二部分从正反两方面对行政系统中非正式组织的作用进行剖析。
第三部分介绍了行政系统中非正式组织的管理对策。
最后，在遣词造句上，虽然我对全文做了细致修改，但个别语句语序凌乱、语句僵硬、口语化的问题依然不可避免。
另外，全文仅是对行政系统中非正式组织的一次初探，对管理心理学、组织行为学、领导科学等方面的知识涉及较少，期盼今后加以完善。

首先，我想谈谈这个毕业论文设计的目的和意义。
一般而言，对于矿体延伸较深、覆盖层不厚、具有中厚或厚大的急倾斜矿床的矿山，初期采用露天开采，具有投产快、初期建设投资少等优点；但随着露天幵采的不断加深后，因受到经济效益和开采技术的制约，将由露天开采向地下幵采过渡，并最终转入地下开采。
随着浅居矿产资源日益缺乏和环境问题日益严峻，露天转地下开采己成釆矿业发展趋势之一。
在露天转地下的过渡期内，为了最大限度的回收资源和提高经济效益，挂帮矿将被开釆。
挂帮矿是露天开釆境界外、暴露在露天边坡中的残留矿体，一般可占其总储量的5%~16%。
露天幵采时期的大规模开釆，会对露天矿坑周围岩体造成较大的应力扰动，局部产生应力集中，形成的高陆边坡一般处于极限平衡状态。
在露天开采结束后，挂帮开釆将破坏岩体内部原有的力学平衡状态，形成更为复杂的次生应力场，引起边坡围岩的进一步变形和破坏，甚至造成崩塌滑坡和采空区围岩变形破坏等地质灾害。
陆倾铁矿崩落法开采的地表沉陷规律是困扰矿山设计、施工与开采、安全生产的重要问题。
挂帮开采以及露天转地下开采过程中，边坡和地下岩层共同变形、相互影响，引发的地压活动规律与单一开釆模式有很大不同，造成的边坡和地下釆场失稳破坏情况更为复杂和严重。
因此，金属矿山陡倾矿体挂帮开采诱发矿坑边坡变形破坏规律的预测研宄是十分重要的课题。
其次，我想谈谈这篇论文的主要内容。
本文利用 3DEC （3 Dimensional Distinct Element Code），以眼前山铁矿露天矿坑东端帮边坡为研宄对象，对眼前山铁矿挂帮开采引起露天矿高陆边坡变形破坏进行预测分析，揭示露天转地下过渡期开釆产生的边坡变形破坏的规律，为金属矿山露天转地下安全生产提供一个科学的参考。
本文主要研究内容包括以下几个方面：（1）建立考虑复杂地质界面与节理分布特征的矿区三维地质模型和离散元计算模型。
（2）确定数值计算所需的岩体与节理的力学参数，并验证其有效性。
（3）对露天矿坑端帮开釆诱发的边坡变形破坏规律迸行预测，揭示不同开釆阶段边坡变形破坏的特征及影响范围。
最后，我想谈谈这篇论文存在的不足。
本文基于离散元方法，以眼前山铁矿挂帮开釆为背景，利用数值分析软件构建三维地质计算模型，预测东端帮开釆诱发的矿坑边坡变形破坏规律。
然而作者时间精力及能力有限，在本文的研究过程中仍有许多不足之处和有待完善的地方，需要后来者加以研宄解决。

根据研究箱型梁截面特别适用于预应力混凝土连续梁桥，连续箱梁在构造、施工和使用上具有桥面接缝少、梁高小、刚度大、整体性强，外形美观，便于养护等优点，近年来预应力连续组合箱梁桥得到广泛应用，所以我感觉我的论文题目很有意义。
本次设计用到较多的桥梁设计规范，除了从图书馆借的一些桥梁设计通用规范，我还通过土木工程网，百度文库等网上资源查阅资料。
这次设计对我来说是一次全新的设计，第一次接触预应力预应力连续箱型梁桥的设计，而且均是采用电算模型，梁桥上部结构全部采用桥梁博士计算，用CAD绘制图纸，不仅让我们更加熟练的使用一些桥梁设计软件和绘图软件的使用，还懂得了如何分析计算得到的结果和数据的输出。
