这段时间,初步阅读了《行走课堂----小学英语》,现结合第三部分合作学习的教学问题与对策“教师应当怎样对学生进行有效的指导与帮助”说说自己的体会.
有效”是指在课堂教学管理中,教师的所作所首先来理解“有效”,“
为收到的效果与预期目标是相匹配的.课堂教学要有效,首先必须了解教育部课程标准对英语教学的目标要求.这一点对于小学英语教师来说非常重要,因为对于中学英语教师而言,课程标准既是日常教学的最主要依据,同时也是高考命题的重要根据之一.
而对于小学英语教师来说,只有深刻了解课程标准的目标要求,日常教学才知道哪些可为,哪些不可为,这样,有效教学才有可能起码的
更是他们学习的保证.在很多情况下,教师不仅是学生学习的“向导”，
但这并不等于不需要教师在学生合作学习的过程中,适时地对“伙伴”．
学生进行有效的指导与帮助.实际上,在英语小组合作学习的教学过程中,教师应当在合作前用简单明了的英语明确指出小组合作的任务及
操作程序,并在具体实施时对分组不够清楚、操作程序上有些偏差、
落实到个体上也可能不明确的小组,要及时发现并提供必要的指导与帮助,以保障各小组的合作学习都能启动并且正常运行.
一、规范合作行为
在合作学习过程中,教师要认真观察和了解每个组的活动情况,对随时出现的问题要及时有效地解决.如:发现个别学生做与合作学习无关的事,不能用所学语言知识认真参与交流,小组成员在交流中发生争执或矛盾,教师都要及时地指导,再次明确要求,确保合作学习能够顺利开展.
二、发现语言火花
由于小组合作学习是在非常开放、宽松的氛围下开展的,小组成
员的英语思维都非常活跃,语言交流的过程就成为学生间思维碰撞的
过程,时常会有火花闪现.这种火花可能是一个富有创意的想法,也可
能是一个富有哲理的话.教师要在倾听中努力去感受和寻找语言的魅力.必要时用英语进行恰到好处的点拨.这里需要注意,老师的“点拨”，
不能代替学生做他们自己能做的事,要适而可止,还是决不能“越代庖”，
要把更多的空间留给学生自己.
三、排除语言障碍
由于学生个体的已有语言基储性格、情感、语言表达等因素的差
异,在小组活动时时常会出现因为英语思维受阻而不能深入的情况.这时需要教师及时地点拨或给予帮助,使学生很快地排除语言障碍.此时,如果教师能及时介入并根据具体情况,协调组内成员的关系,就可以保障合作学习的顺利进行.如果某个小组经常出现不和-谐的现象,就要
考虑调换小组成员.
四、深化语言交流
在开始采用合作学习这种学习形式时,小组的语言交流和讨论往
往容易停留在浅层次和表面化.此时,教师角色不能对他们不闻不问.
如果对他们置之不理,一方面会导致学生的合作学习活动表层化,不求
甚解;另一方面,在丧失组间竞争意识的同时,会给合作学习的秩序产
生影响.因为已经完成任务、无所事事的小学生难免会产生影响其它
组的行为.所以,教师应对这样的小组的合作学习成果进行检查.如果
他们的想法是正确的,可以及时表扬,并引导他们整理小组的合作过程
和结果,准备在全班交流.也可以提出深一层的合作要求,把学生的语
言思维引向深处.例如:可以让学生这样思

这样就使学生在运用发散思维的过程中,不仅要关注语言的流畅性,还要关注语言的正确性和独特性.
在英语教学中,学生往往对简单枯燥的单词学习不感兴趣,因此,如
何在教学活动中激发学生内驱力、求知欲及充分激发学生的主动意
识和进取精神,就成了关键.如果我们老师能做好有效得指导,学生的
合作活动就能加大学生语言输入量,激发他们的逻辑思维能力、语言表达能力和创造力.就会使学生在语言学习中建立起自信,享受到学习的快乐,真正成为学习的主人.总之,学生在小组合作学习的过程中,教师的引导起着至关重要的作用.单这种引导一定要适时,适度,要“引在迷茫困惑之时,导在百思不解指出”．
