一、教学目标:
1. 学生能用所学的英语数词谈论物品的数量。
2. 学生能听懂并明白Let's see.的意思。
3. 学生知道数词后的名词应用复数形式。
4. 培养学生遇到问题时，能主动询问和向他人请教的学习习惯。
二、教学内容:
单词: egg apple please green yellow mum
句型: Let's see.
Good evening.
How many?
三、教学活动
将学生分成小组，运用本课所学的词语和句型，对小组内其他成员的学习用品数量进行统计。
四、课前准备
教师课前需要准备录音机、录音、课本图片、单词卡片，以及有若干苹果、鸡蛋的课件或投影设备等。
五、教学过程
1. Warm-up.
教师上课时，可以用以前所学的英语内容跟学生们打招呼，比如：Hi/Hello/Good morning.等，并用以前所学的英语单词和句型跟学生进行对话练习。
这样做的目的，一是复习、回忆以前所学的内容；二是随机对话，灵活运用，增强语境真实感和语言的实际运用能力，使学生很快进入英语学习的情境中。
2. 任务1的教学：
（1）教师拿出事先准备的鸡蛋、苹果或播放课件，对全班同学说：“egg, one egg”。
然后，再拿出两个鸡蛋，接着说：“two eggs”。
如此这般，再说：“three eggs, four eggs ...”。
教师向学生们教学鸡蛋这个单词后，再拿出事先准备的苹果，同样先说：“apple, one apple”。
然后，再拿出两个苹果，说：“two apples”。
如此这般，说：“three apples,four apples ...”。
通过上述教学活动，学生就基本上学会了数词后的名词应用复数形式，其格式是在末尾
加-s。
然后，教师手拿鸡蛋和苹果问学生：“How many?” 引导和鼓励学生回答：“two eggs, three apples, one eggand four eggs.”等。
（2）教师拿出教学挂图，让学生边看边猜测词义和句子意思。
然后，教师放录音，先让学生认真听，在学生基本听懂的基础上，再让学生跟读。
（3）教师就录音内容手拿或指着课件中的鸡蛋和苹果，跟个别学生进行模仿对话，检查学生是否听懂了录音内容。
（4）教师先带读课文，然后让学生打开书朗读。
（5）学生朗读后，教师让学生分组根据课文中图片内容进行对话练习。
这时，教师可以将有eggs,apples等实物的课件展示给学生，让学生进行问答对话练习。
【语言点解释】
①Let's see. 意思是“让我们想想”而不是“让我们看看”。
②家庭成员称呼mum时，第一个字母可以大写。
③教师教学How many? …(s). 时，应注意英语名词分单数和复数两种形式。
两个或两个以上称为复数。
如果描述两个或两个以上的物品时，要在名词末尾加-s，如two books, three apples.
英语名词的复数形式是学生学习的难点之一，教师要适当地安排学生进行这方面的练习。
④please意思是“请”“请问”，用于句子末尾时，要用逗号与句子隔开。
3. 任务2的教学：
（1）教师放录音，让学生根据录音内容找出对应的英语单词。
（2）教师带领学生反复朗读eggs, apples, green, yellow这几个单词，并让学生两人一组运用所学的How many? … (s).和What colour is your bag? My bag is yellow.句型，进行问答练习。
教师可以让学生进一步扩展学习内容，用所学的单词对上面两个句型进行替换练习。
例如：
How many? Three eggs.
What colour is the apple? The apple is green.
六、教学评析
本节课主要考查学生对数量概念的理解和掌握。
如何询问和回答物品的数量，是日常生活中学生经常接触的话题。
通过看图片和听录音，让学生加深对数量关系和基数词的了解和
运用，从而达到语言学习与实际运用相结合的目的。
