大学生就业难与高校招生规模不断扩大形成了鲜明对

比。针对日益严峻的大学生就业问题，变被动就业为自主创

业是大势所趋。本文剖析了大学生自主创业的社会背景、利

弊条件、所要面临的困难并提出建议，旨在使大学生更好地

了解何谓“自主创业”，是否适合自主创业，及自主创业的前

期准备。
