历史于时序更替中前行，梦想在砥砺奋进中实现。
回首２０１４，那一个个充满激情的时刻都以定格为难忘的记忆；展望2015年那一个个充满生机的希望必定会激励我们奋勇前行。
今天我在此把2014---2015学年上学期作为学科主任的工作做如下汇报：首先，在过去的一个学期中我感受到的是前所未有的压力，一方面来源于我校的英语教学成绩，英语曾经是我校的骄傲，但如今却成为了我校的负担；另一方面来源于我个人的能力，从教学经验上，我赶不上比我年长的老教师们，从专业素质上，我赶不上比我年幼的年轻教师们。
但庆幸的是我拥有一些有思想、肯吃苦、对学生和学校高度负责的英语同仁们。
九年级的英语同仁们，看到你们吃完早饭急匆匆的走进教室忙于晨读、忙于听力训练时，我明白了什么叫做奉献；想到当我都已经进入梦乡的时候，你们还奋战在教学的第一线时，我读懂了什么叫做坚守。
在此，也请允许我仅代表我个人对那些奋战在2015年中考最前线的九年级教师们表示我最由衷的谢意。
八年级的英语同仁们，你们深知八年级的英语教学起到了初中英语承上启下的作用，你们也知道八年级的英语教学对于学生初中的英语学习起到了至关重要的作用，所以在过去的一个学期中他们忍辱负重，奋力前行。
七年级的英语同仁们，你们虽然刚刚走出校门，也许你们的课堂还有待精研，也许你们经验还有待积累，但是你们对于工作那种一丝
不苟的精神和虚心学习的态度让我看到了天卉中学英语教学的希望。
各位英语同仁们，是你们用自己的一言一行引领着我、鞭策着我、鼓励着我，加之学校各级领导的悉心教导和对于英语学科的大力支持，才让我勉强的完成了本学期学科工作。
其次，我对上学期工作做简要回顾：
1、学期伊始，我们各教研组进行了组长示范课，然后进行了新教师过关课。
示范课的目的在于引领本年级的英语教学方向，示范课目的在于能够让新教师尽快熟悉我校的英语课堂，尽快进入课堂教学角色。
通过示范课和过关课，每位英语教师都有很大的收获。
2、英语学科对于八年级的单元教学模式进行了全方位的剖析与研究，用一大周的时间，对于八年级的单元教学模式各个课型都进行了示范，但是由于那一大周正忙于县教研室的评优课工作，所以并没有达到预期的效果。
3、英语学科积极地参与了教研室组织的各种活动，包括县评优课、县教学评估的听评课、撰写教学设计等等。
参与这些活动在一定程度上推动了英语学科的发展，但是由于种种原因我们没能全员参与，比如县评优课，我们只是部分教师参加了包括我校课堂在内的4节评优课的听课，对于错过县评优课这样精心设计的、高水平的课堂对于我们来说不能说不是损失，因为我们错失了英语学科最前沿的教学理念，同时也错失了向别人学习的最佳机会。
于此同时也正是因为参与了县评优课，才让我对于我们学校的英语课堂进行了更深刻的反思，在此不做赘述。
4、认真做好每次月考后的成绩分析工作，上学期的考试中，我们绝大多数的采用考试机构的成卷，这样就避免了我们自己出题的狭隘性和局限性，这样的试卷更能体现我们在课堂教学中的缺失，但是月考（二）和月考（三）的英语成绩让我感到迷茫与无奈，所以当我面对学校教导处给制定的期末目标是时，我感到更多的是心酸与心痛，好在期末考试中所有的英语人顶住了压力，取得了还算令我们满意的成绩。
5、在过去的一年中教研活动以课堂教学为主，主要体现于听、评课，在课堂中发现问题，解决问题，在课堂中取人之长、补己之短。
因为我认为现在我们的英语课堂，还禁不起行家的推敲，也禁不起成绩的检验，所以我们要把主要精力放于课堂教学中，毕竟课堂是教学的主阵地。
6、积极推动英语学科的课堂改革。
上学期，我们英语学科就不止一次的提出“打造英语学科特色”、“打造英语个性化课堂”，但是我发现对于一只猎物来说逃脱笼子比钻进笼子还要困难，所以到目前为止，我们还没能做出一条具有英语特色，有教师个性化上的英语课堂，这也是我们下学期要重点攻克的难题。
再次，我对于新学期工作做简要构想；
一、指导思想：
把“生本课堂”作为课堂教学的出发点，把听、说、读、写的英语技能培养作为课堂教学的落脚点，遵守语言学科的认知规律，体现英语工具性学科的特点，力争改变靠“学”而得英语课
堂，努力呈现靠“习”而得英语课堂，从而打造具有英语学科特点的、具有英语人个性化的英语课堂。
二、英语学科纵向的构想：
七年级：由于知识相对轻松，所以七年级要强化听力、阅读、和书写能力的训练，并考虑酌情植入八年级部分知识，从而为八年级英语教学减轻负担；
八年级：由于七年级时很扎实，所以八年级要继续巩固过去一年半的英语学习成果，努力做好平均分和及格率的文章，并且加强学生听力和阅读能力的训练，为九年级的英语教学打下坚实的基础；
九年级：面对当前学生现状，建议九年级回归基础，精研考点，精选展点，少展多练；精研中考，精备课堂，少怨多思。
并且所有英语人会从人力和物力上给予九年级最大的支持。
三、英语学科横向的构想：
1、在集备的基础上充分的发挥个备，目的在于形成具有教师个
性化的教学风格，从而呈现百花齐放的英语课堂；
2、教研活动依然以课堂听、评课为主，本学期结束，每人不少
于一节精心准备的公开课，目的在于提炼个人课堂亮点，并
且进行推广；
3、下学期重点工作还要包括教学设计（教案、学案）的设计与
运用，目的在于上出切实经过精心准备的英语课；
4、一如既往的做好每次考试后试卷分析，目的在于能在第一时
间发现课堂教学中的问题，并且及时调整教学方向；
5、关注英语学科教学中的弱班，目的在于能够使整体成绩稳步
提升，从而使英语成绩整体前行；
6、做好英语新教师的培训工作，为英语教师队伍输入新鲜的血
液，同时也为英语学科装备胎；
7、通过各种途径组织学习《课程标准》和《中考考试说明》，
使每名教师都能站在三年的高度上来审视自己每天的英语
教学。
在过去的一个学期中，在学科教学中虽然取得了一定的成果，但是与学校对于学科工作的期望和各位英语老师的愿望还有一定的差距；学科主任对于学科的引领作用发挥的还不够；英语学科的课堂的改革还有待进一步推进；英语学科的成绩还急需提高。
所以在今后的工作中我会尽职尽责，多思考、多行动、多请教、多学习，争取为我校的英语教学找到一条适合我校学情的特色之路。
在此，也对于在过去的半年中因为我工作的疏忽或者是失误而给大家带来的不便与纠结而深表歉意。

本学期，我们教研组成功申报了一个市级课题，并积极参与课题研究。
（2）撰写教育教学论文，提高教师教育教学水平。
本学期，我们教研组共有3篇论文在市级以上刊物发表。
（3）积极参加各类教育教学比赛，提高教研组整体实力。
本学期，我们教研组共有2位教师获得市级教学比赛一等奖，2位教师获得市级教学比赛二等奖。
三、存在问题及改进措施1. 存在问题（1）部分教师对新课程改革的理解不够深入，教学理念有待更新。
