技术文件翻译的要求
技术文件是指公司的产品设计图纸，各种技术标准、技术档案和技术资料以及商务合同、客户资源、财务报表等等;技术文件还包括未打印出图的尚在计算机里的图纸资料、技术文档等。
准确翻译技术文件时，为了保持技术文档的正确性和完整性，需要指派专业性强的译员来进行翻译。
技术文件翻译的要求：
1.若技术文件中的缩写没有被广泛认知，需要在后面加上完整的注释和拼写。
2.翻译技术文件时要注意细节，正确使用标点符号，避免产生不必要的歧义。
3.不要有错字、漏字，含义表达需准确，清晰，无歧义。
4.意思表达完整，不要遗漏要求和必要的信息。
5.翻译后的句子不要冗长复杂，要简洁明了。
6.在翻译的过程中前后相同的名称术语要统一，整篇文章的字体、格式要统一。

①意思表达完整，能找到主语、谓语、宾语，没有省略主语，特别是谓语
②一句话中不能出现几个动词一个宾语的现象。
③不遗漏要求和必需的信息。
5简洁性
①尽量不要采用较长的句子来描述，无法避免时，应注意使用正确的标点符号。
②简洁明了，不累赘冗余，每个意思只在文档中表达一次。
③每个陈述语句，只表达一个意思。
④力求简明，如有可能，配以适当的图表，以增强其清晰性。
6统一性
①统一采用专业术语和项目规定的术语集。
②同一个意思和名称，前后描述的用语要一致。
③文档前后使用的字体要统一。
④同一课题若干文档内容应该协调一致，没有矛盾。
7易读性
①文字描述要通俗易懂。
②前后文关联词使用恰当。
③文档变更内容用其他颜色与上个版本区别开来。
④测试步骤要采用列表的方式，用1)、2)、3)…等数字序号标注。
