由于我校自2009年开始改制，现已改制成义务教育纯初中学校，双休日全校放假，全体老师休息，不再安排老师值班。
可在这两天的时间里，你们的孩子我们的学生就少了管理，又加之以前双休日的时候，有的学生不仅没有回家反而说谎在学校，结果去了哪里我们大家都无从所知，这两天就存在着非常大的安全隐患。
为了给我们的孩子一份更安全的保障，经学校研究决定，特作如下规定：1. 每周星期五第六节课后(特殊情况除外)所有寄宿生必须离校，学校食堂晚餐不开餐。
2. 学生宿舍在每周星期五下午2：30落锁，星期日下午3：00开门。
3. 寄宿生每周星期日下午按时返校，并参加晚自习，学校食堂晚餐开餐。
4. 若家长委托他人监护的请相互协商好，并填写好相关信息。
5. 节假日管理参照双休日相关规定。

当初报考国际交流生，继之决定参加美国高考，完全是他自主选择作出的决定，实属不易。
所以就在互联网找到了美国西海岸寄宿服务中心，查阅了相关资料，知道了你们是成立于2009年10月，总部位于美国洛杉矶，是一家专业从事美国未成年留学生寄宿管理和服务的机构。
直至目前，你们美国西海岸寄宿服务中心也是唯一一家承担学生监护权的寄宿管理机构，对此，作为孩子家长也很放心。

致寄宿生家长的一封信尊敬的各位寄宿生家长：您好！欢迎你们把你的孩子送到我校就读，给孩子独立生活的空间，让孩子接受自理生活的磨练，让孩子回味家的温馨和父母的艰辛，毫无疑问，这是一件大好事！子女的教育，需要家长同学校的共同配合。
已经进入冬季，我校特致《告家长的一封信》，以期盼共同做好家校的联系工作。
现特向各位家长建议如下：一、认真做好子女接送工作，确保安全。
严禁子女骑自行车、乘坐“农用车”和无证照、手续不全的车辆。
二、双休日要时刻关注你的孩子的行为举止，不要让他们进网吧，进游戏室，更不要让他们抽烟、喝酒，甚至打架，如发现有上述情况，要及时地与学校联系。
三、家长要注意不要让孩子随身携带火柴或打火机等火源，更不要玩火，在家不要私自使用大功率电器，孩子做饭及其他家务时应有家长在旁指导。
四、要教育你的孩子遵守住宿的规章制度，不得擅自外出，还要教育他们团结友爱。
五、多对子女进行交通安全教育，如靠右行走，不在路中间行走或玩耍等。
要督促孩子按时回家，不要在路上玩耍，寄宿生离校时间一般在周五下午4：20后，返校时间在周日下午5：00—6：00。
请各位家长按时接送您的孩子回家及返校，如不接送，在回家或返校途中发生不安全事故，由家长及学生本人承担责任，学校概不负责。
六、寄宿生除周五4:20离校后回家，其余时间原则上不准回家，要在寄宿点活动，如需回家，必须由家长带领学生向房主和班主任说明情况，例行请假手续方可离开，否则发生不安全事故学校概不负责。
七、定期检查孩子的取暖设备，电热褥必须购买正规厂家产品，如电热褥比较陈旧，请及时更换，以免发生不安全事故，对您的孩子造成人身伤害，甚至应发火灾。
八、寄宿生家长要及时督促房主检查寄宿点用电线路，如出现线路老化或布局不合理，及时要求房主更换线路，以确保您孩子的用电安全。
