酒店客房管理制度-SOP

酒店客房管理制度一、自觉遵守纪律,要讲文明,讲礼貌,讲道德,讲纪律。

要积极进取,爱岗敬业,善于学习,掌握技能。

二、要着装上岗,戴好名牌,要仪表端妆,举止大方,规范用语,文明服务,礼貌待客,主动热情。

三、客房服务员,每天要按程序,按规定和要求清理房间卫生,要认真细致;要管理好房间的物品,发现问题及时报告。

四、不得随意领外人到房间逗留或留宿,未经上级领导同意不准私开房间,为他人提供住宿、休息及娱乐等。

五、检查清理客房时,不得乱动和私拿客人的东西,不准向客人索要物品和接收礼品;拾到遗失的物品要交公。

六、工作时间不准离岗,有事向领导请假,不准私自换班和替班,不准玩手机,看电视及做与工作无关的事情。

七、认真做好安全防范工作,特别是做好妨火防盗工作,要勤检查,发现问题要及时报告和处理。

客房部仪容仪表规定仪表:1、工作时间应穿着规定的工作服。

2、工作服要整洁、挺直、按规定扣好上衣扣、裤扣。

3、工作服上衣兜、裤兜内禁止装杂物,以保持工作服的挺括。

工作服如有破损应及时修补。

4、服务员上班时一律穿着黑色工作鞋,工作鞋保持干净。

穿着袜子,要求男深女浅,袜子要完好无破损,不准赤脚穿鞋。

5、服务员上岗期间不准佩带各种饰物,如项链、手链、耳环、戒指等。

6、工作期间应按规定将工号牌佩带在左胸位置。

7、服务员着装后,应自我检查,并接受领班检查合格后方可上岗。

仪容:1、服务员应保持面容清洁、头发整洁、发型美观、大方。

2、男士留发,后不盖领、侧不遮耳;女士留发,后不垂肩、前不遮眼。

勤理发、勤修面、勤剪指甲、勤更衣、勤洗手、洗澡。

3、男士不留小胡子、大鬓角;女士不留长指甲、不涂指甲油、不使用浓香水。

4、女士上岗前要化淡妆,不可浓妆艳抹。

5、保持口腔卫生上岗前不吃异味食品,如葱、蒜、臭豆腐等。

6、面带笑容、亲切和蔼、端庄稳重、不卑不亢。

仪态:1、坐姿A、身体挺直、重心垂直向下,腰部挺起,双肩放松,双膝并拢,手自然放在膝上。

双目平视、面带微笑。
