一:询盘如何回复1:第一时间回复,据我们调查,买家往往比较喜欢供应商在24小时内回复他们的邮件,我们应该根据客户人的时差,最好在客户早上上班后1个小时后回复。

2:邮件主题非常重要邮件的主题要有吸引力,力求标新立异,第一时间吸引客户的眼球。

如我有一个客户他分享到他有时会用产品关键词+order 来做主题,买家以为是他的订单,一定会打开看。

效果也很好。

2:正文内容简洁专业全面地回复买家的所有问题,注意不要改变买家的关键词和语言习惯以及买家问题的顺序。

3签名要留下自己公司的联系信息,公司名称,电话传真地址邮件地址(主邮箱,备用邮箱)等。

当我们收到一封询盘,在做了询盘分析之后,对有价值的询盘,应该怎么回复?接下来我用
我们公司的实际案例来解剖。

上周收到的一个客人询盘,询盘内容非常简单。

他对dc motor感兴趣,需要我们提供详细的资料。

我们对这个客人的询盘通过六个维度进行了分析,发现这个客人相对还是比较靠谱的(估分75分),所以决定给他回复,下面是回复的第一封邮件。

Before quote, your confirmation for below is required.
1. What's your application for this dc motor?
2. Did you use it before? If yes, can you share a picture or drawing for our reference?
3. What's your estimated annual usage? And what is the quantity of each order?
4. Is there any certificate required?

猛一看这个回复也没什么特别,就是问了些问题。

事实真的如此么?我们来探究下。

开头表示下感谢,礼貌。


Before quote, your confirmation for below is required.
第二句马上就明确告诉客人我们需要以下信息,被动式的语句告诉客人这个不能商量,随手把话筒抢了。

接下来连续四个问题。

1. What's your application for this dc motor?
因为dc motor的范畴太大,我们需要压缩范围,所以第一个问题问的是应用。

问应用有三个考量:
a. 知道了应用就可根据我们的经验和现有产品做出初步判断,有没做过;
b. 如果没做过,可以马上利用这个应用关键词去找供应商,快又精准;
c. 收集和整理这个应用的关键词表,然后到alibaba和google上去发布,把这个应用的关键词一网打尽。

客人已经告诉我们dc motor会用到这个应用里,我们不发,太傻。

2. Did you use it before? If yes, can you share a picture or drawing for our reference?
第二个问题是问他有没有用过,用过提供点资料。

这里也有三个考量:
a. 如果客人用过,让他提供图片或图纸参照,进一步缩小范围,明确客人需求(这里还有个伏笔,后面会讲);
b. 如果他没用过,那说明这是一个新的需求。

我们可以做两种想象:
(1). 因为是新的,所以对我们能力的要求会高,但定价好定,利润好;
(2). 因为是新的需求,说明竞争对手不多,有可能只有我们一家;
c. 让客人知道他下一步要做什么。

(很多时候客人并不清楚要怎么继续下去,有带路的机会一定要用。


3. What's your estimated annual usage? And what is the quantity of each order?
第三个问题是年预计需求量和单个订单数量。

结合第二条问题的回复,这两个数据就可以让我们直观的做出判断要不要做。

举个例子,客人年定量是2000台,每单200台,你做还是不做?有点难回答。

如果是现有产品,你做还是不做?当然做。

如果是要新开发,那就不做。

开发一个新品需要投入很多的精力和时间,而且不一定能成功,不划算。

谁要做,谁拿去做。

把难做的订单给你的竞争对手做,这也是消耗竞争对手的一种办法。

4. Is there any certificate required?
第四个问题是问有没有认证要求。

这里有两个考虑因素:
a. 避免浪费双方的时间。

很多业务员谈到最后才确认这个问题,结果不能满足客人要求,瞎忙活一场;
b. 侧面调研客人对质量的要求,间接引出对价格的敏感度。

有些客人可以接受国内检测机构出具的证书,有些则需要TUV Rheinland这种国外权威机构的证书。

要求不一样,当然对价格和质量的敏感度也不一样。

四个问题,每一个背后都有专属的考量。

也相当于是四个信息入口,等着信息流进来分析。

不同的询盘内容所对应的问题设置也是不同的,根据你的需要而定,想了解什么就问什么。

这几个只是比较常用而已。

有人说我可以列一大堆问题?想一想,如果你第一次和人见面,人家列一大堆问题给你,你烦不烦?一次性问太多问题会让人反感,而且会导致邮件很长(邮件要尽量简洁明了);另一个客人回复起来也快。

问题问完了,接着我们主动给客人发了点图片和参数。

原因有两个。

一方面证明我们的确有类似的产品或开发能力,另一方面也给客人一个心理暗示-回答完了我还有东西给你。

如果光问问题是不行的,因为信息交流是要相互的。

你给我提供一点有价值的信息,我也给你提供点有价值的信息,你来我往交互沟通,信任和信心就是这样一步步建立起来的。

最后不要忘记提醒客人尽快回复,潜意识里给他一个压力,也为下一封跟进的邮件做好铺垫。

从整封邮件的内容来看,邮件简洁,主题明确,有问有答,然后配上专门设计的页眉和页脚签名,客人会觉得我们很专业、干练和可信赖。

这种潜意识的好感会推动着他去继续探寻结果,这正是我们想要的。

邮件发出去,第一天没回。

及时跟进,第二天回了,还是一样很简单。

(及时的跟进是非常必要的,通常我们会使用1/3/5/7法跟进。
