试论建筑工程造价控制方法

摘要：作为建设单位希望以最少的资金，造出质优的工程，因此必须对项目投资实施全过程有效的成本控制，从组织、技术、合同等方面，挖掘潜力，降低成本，提高投资效益和社会效益。本文主要介绍了在建筑项目全过程中对于工程造价的控制措施，从设计阶段到推行全新的招投标控制策略，从施工阶段的控制内容重点探讨和阐述，为今后的建筑工程造价控制提供了相关的参考经验。

abstract: as the construction unit wants with the least amount of money, create quality engineering, so we must have the whole process of project investment and effective cost control, from organization, technology, contract and other aspects, tap the potential, reduce costs, and improve investment returns and social benefits. this paper mainly introduces the whole process in the construction projects for the construction cost control measures, from the design stage to the implementation of bidding new control strategy, from a focus on the construction phase of the control content of discussion and the elaboration, provides some reference experience for the future construction project cost control. key words: project cost; control
