一、教学重点：
本课时的教学重点是让学生理解、会读文段内容。
能正确理解几个单位词：ton，meter，kg，cm。
二、教学难点：
1、四会掌握句型以及单位词，如cm，kg的理解和使用。
2、进一步理解并朗读一些常见的计量单位。
3、本部分知识含量大，涉及很多自然科学知识，需要帮助学生充分理解。
三、课前准备：
教师准备录音机，或资源中心课件。
教学过程中所需的图片、录音、课件、动画素材。
有关鲸鱼的知识。
五、教学过程：

师播放课件，请学生欣赏歌曲。
