译文：The name of Tiger-Clawed Spring, the first spring in Hangzhou, is said to originate in 819 A.D. Tang Dynasty. Legend has it that an eminent monk named Xing Kong roamed around Tiger-Clawed Temple, but he planned to leave soon because there was no water. One night, he dreamed that an immortal told him that there was TongZi Spring (Scout Spring) in Hengshan Mountain and two mighty tigers were sent to move the spring to the temple. 一、 文化负载词分类1.人名、地名、朝代、年号、别号等专名类。
此类专名翻译涉及几个问题：(1)起介绍性作用的专名翻译：由于目的语读者对中国古代的人名、地名、朝代、年号名等不甚了解，其虽起介绍性作用，笔者在处理时仍采用了“翻译+注释”的方法，以期更好地传播文化及内涵。
【例1】这段源自辛弃疾《沁园春·灵山齐庵赋》中传神的描【摘要】文化差异往往造成翻译的不可译，而其主要体现在带有文化含义的语项翻译上。
本文将通过对上饶旅游景点——灵山风景区景点翻译实例中的文化负载词进行界定、分类，根据文本和语境对文化负载词翻译策略和变通方法的选择进行一定的分析和探讨，以期传达翻译功效。

随着改革开放的深入进行，我国在政治、经济、科技、文化等领域与世界各地交流日益增多。
每年都有大量的外国游客涌向中国，旅游翻译的重要性也日益显现出来(陈芳 王芳，2006)。
西双版纳，作为西南边陲重要旅游城市，以神奇的热带雨林自然景观和少数民族风情而闻名于世。
而版纳的一些旅游景点翻译状况却不能令人满意，语用语言失误的译文比比皆是。
一、语用失误的定义和分类英国语言学家Jenny Thomas在《应用语言学》(AppliedLinguistics)将语用失误定义为“不能理解交际中的话语意义”。
他把语用失误分为两种：语用语言失误和社交语用失误。
语用语言失误是指对语言的错用，包括错误地使用目标语或根据母语的语义或结构使用目标语(何自然 1996)。
Thomas认为，语用语言失误是特属语言方面的，是对高度习惯化的用法的违背，因此是可以置于语法的范畴直接加以纠正的。
二、景点翻译中的语用语言失误以及修改建议1.专有名词大小写错误导致的语用语言失误。
专有名词首字母须大写，但在景点名称和专有名词第一个字母小写的并不少见。
比如在曼听公园放生湖景点介绍中 “放生湖位于三座寺庙的中央，本是澜沧江水域的一个回水湾…”译文将“澜沧江”译为“Lancang river”，应改译为“Lancang River”更合适。
同时，单词中也有写错字母的现象，比如在御象文化园景点介绍中，“御象文化园”译为“Imperial Elephant culture Gargen”，“Gargen”一词拼写错误，应改为“Garden”，另外该景点应每个单词首字母均大写，应改为“Imperial Elephant Culture Garden”。
2.语法错误导致的语用语言失误。
旅游英语翻译-
旅游景点介绍各具特点，归纳起来有以下几个方面：
1.1 词汇量丰富 这是由于旅游的综合性、全球性、文化性、经济性、 政治性、商业性、教育性、专业性、休闲性、娱乐性、趣 味性、宗教性、种族性、民族性、女权性、应用性和交叉 性等因素所决定的。了下一个特点。
1.4 措辞讲究 旅游资料为了达到某种宣传效果，常常在措 辞上颇下功夫，尤其是中文资料，作者总是千 方百计地用优美的文字，细腻的描写，运用风 趣地写法，取得感人的效果。
1.5 风格活泼幽默 旅游资料大多是给游人阅读，或讲给游客听 的，所以风格常常轻松幽默、清新明快，让读 者于愉悦中接受知识。
1. 6 多引用古诗词 在旅游资料中，特别是汉语资料中，因介绍 景点景观的需要，常常引用古诗词的部分句子 或整首诗词来增加资料的表达效果。这无疑给 翻译带来一定的难度。
要处理好旅游资料中大量的文化信息，译者必须 要以偏向译语、侧重读者的方向为准则。译者既 不能不顾及英语的表达习惯和读者的接受能力， 让英语就范于汉语的概念和意象，追求语言文字 和信息量的“对等”转换，也不能因两种文化的 差异造成“词汇空缺”而经常回避困难。
1 旅游文本的文体特点
旅游文本，无论英语还是汉语，均属应用文范畴， 其形式灵活多样，内容无所不包，文体类别也是 丰富多彩。如旅游指南属描写型，用词要生动形 象，明白晓畅；旅游广告与其他广告语一样属呼 唤型，用词短小精悍，富有创意，句式简洁活泼， 具有极强的吸引力和号召力；旅游合同，属契约 型，用词规范，表达准确，程式化明显；旅游行 程，属信息型，用词简洁明了，具有提示性。本 次主要关注旅游景点介绍的翻译。
汉译国外的景点比英译国内的景点容易操
作。我们可以先看看中文的翻译，常常采 取意译的方法，如将“玉带桥”译成JadeBelt Bridge、 “万年宫”译成 the Temple of Longevity 等。也可以采用括号注释、同位 语或定语从句等形式对原文中的文化信息
