Article 7 Notice Method
双方在本合同条款所载明的通知，应当书面的形式通知对方，可选择快递或电子邮件等方式通知。
The notices referred to in the terms of this contract shall be notified to the other party in writing and may be notified by express delivery or email.

本合同自签字之日起生效，文件一式两份，各方各执一份，合同正本和副本具有同等法律效力。
This contract shall come into effect from the date of signature. The contract is in duplicate, one copy for each party, and the original and the copy of the contract have equal legal effect.
如因甲方设计、制造、选用材料质量等问题导致产品质量问题，甲方应按相应比例赔偿乙方，但对于乙方使用不当、改动或修理导致问题的不负责任。
If the quality problem of the product is caused by Party A's design, manufacturing, selection of materials quality, etc., Party A shall compensate Party B according to the corresponding proportion. Party A shall not be responsible for the improper use, modification or repair by Party B.
第四条货物检验与验收
Article 4 nspection and Acceptance of Goods
乙方应在收到货物后七天内进行检验或验收，如发现存在质量问题，则应立即通知甲方并提供相应证据，甲方应根据约定及本合同约定的条款进行处理。
Party B shall inspect or accept the goods within seven days after receipt. If quality problems are found, Party B shall immediately notify Party A and provide corresponding evidence, and Party A shall handle the problem in accordance with the agreement and the provisions of this contract.
第三条交货方式及期限
Article 3 Delivery Method and Time
甲方应按照本合同约定的交货时间和方式交付货物。如未能按时交付货物，应承担相应的违约责任。
Party A shall deliver the goods in accordance with the delivery time and method agreed upon in this contract. If Party A fails to deliver the goods on time, Party A shall assume corresponding breach-of-contract liability.
