第一课时向学生整体出现Task部分的目标，即写一封有关转基因食品的正式书信，并为学生创设一个简单的情形，然后通过听力、阅读短小篇幅的文章增加学生对转基因食品的了解，最后设计一个采访活动，让学生以小组为单位进行。
