Should the refrig-erant leak and cause the safety limit to be exceeded, harzards due to lack of oxygen in the room could result.Don't use the existing manifold gage for R22 refriger-ant.• Use the manifold gage for high pressure (R410A) as possible as for stable refrigerant filling.Don't mix and use the R22 pipe and the installation appliances that were used until now • Mixing the oil of R22 and R410A may cause failure of the unit due to hydrolysis.When installing and moving the air conditioner to another site, do not charge it with a different refriger-ant from the refrigerant specified on the unit.• If a different refrigerant or air is mixed with the original refrigerant, the refrigerant cycle may malfunction and the unit may be damaged.Do not reconstruct to change the settings of the pro-tection devices.• If the pressure switch, thermal switch, or other protection device is shorted and operated forcibly, or parts other than those specified by LGE are used, fire or explosion may result.Do not open the inlet grill of the product during operation. (Do not touch the electrostatic filter, if the unit is so equipped.)• There is risk of physical injury, electric shock, or product failure.Be cautious not to touch the sharp edges when installing.• It may cause injury.Take care to ensure that nobody could step on or fall onto the outdoor unit.• This could result in personal injury and product damage.• There is risk of fire, electric shock, explosion, or injury.• There is risk of fire or electrical shock.Be cautious that water could not enter the product.• There is risk of fire, electric shock, or product damage.Do not touch the power switch with wet hands.• There is risk of fire, electric shock, explosion, or injury.Take care so that children should not randomly oper-ate the wire remote control for play.• Frequent conversion to cold or heat mode may cause fail-ure of the unit.When the product is soaked (flooded orsubmerged), contact an Authorized Service Center.• There is risk of fire or electric shock.Safety Precautions• Low refrigerant levels may cause failure ofproduct.• It may cause a problem for your neighbors.Keep level even when installing the product.• To avoid vibration or water leakage.Do not install the unit where combustible gas may leak.• If the gas leaks and accumulates around the unit, an explosion may result.Use power cables of sufficient currentcarrying capacity and rating.• Cables that are too small may leak, generate heat, and cause a fire.Do not use the product for special purposes, such as preserving foods, works of art, etc. It is a consumer air conditioner, not a precision refrigeration system. • There is risk of damage or loss of property.Keep the unit away from children. The heat exchanger is very sharp.• It can cause the injury, such as cutting the finger. Also the damaged fin may result in degradation of capacity.When installting the unit in a hospital, communication station, or similar place, provide sufficient protection against noise.• The inverter equipment, private power generator, high-frequen-cy medical equipment, or radio communication equipment may cause the air conditioner to operate erroneously, or fail to oper-ate. On the other hand, the air conditioner may affect such equipment by creating noise that disturbs medical treatment or image broadcasting.Do not install the product where it is exposed to sea wind (salt spray) directly.• It may cause corrosion on the product. Corrosion, particularly on the condenser and evaporator fins, could cause productmalfunction or inefficient operation.• Oil, steam, sulfuric smoke, etc. can significantly reduce theperformance of the air conditioner or damage its parts.• It may cause failure of appliance or accident.Make the connections securely so that the outside force of the cable may not be applied to the terminals.• Inadequate connection and fastening may generate heat and cause a fire.Be sure the installation area does not deteriorate with age.• If the base collapses, the air conditioner could fall with it, causing property damage, product failure, and personal injury.Install and insulate the drain hose to ensure that water is drained away properly based on the installation manual.• A bad connection may cause water leakage.Safety PrecautionsBe very careful about product transportation.• Only one person should not carry the product if it weighs more than 20 kg.• Some products use PP bands for packaging. Do not use any PP bands for a means of transportation. It is dangerous.• Do not touch the heat exchanger fins. Doing so may cut your fingers.• When transporting the outdoor unit, suspending it at the specified positions on the unit base. Also support the outdoor unit at four points so that it cannot slip sideways.Safely dispose of the packing materials.• Packing materials, such as nails and other metal or wooden parts, may cause stabs or other injuries.• Tear apart and throw away plastic packaging bags so that chil-dren may not play with them. If children play with a plastic bag which was not torn apart, they face the risk of suffocation.Turn on the power at least 6 hours before starting operation.(In case of outdoor temperature below 10°C)• Starting operation immediately after turning on the main power switch can result in severedamage to internal parts. Keep the power switch turned on during the operational season.Do not touch any of the refrigerant piping during and after operation.• It can cause a burn or frostbite.Do not operate the air conditioner with the panels or guards removed.• Rotating, hot, or high-voltage parts can cause injuries.Do not directly turn off the main power switch after stopping operation.• Wait at least 5 minutes before turning off the main power switch. Otherwise it may result in water leakage or other problems.Auto-addressing should be done in condition of connect-ing the power of all indoor and outdoor units. Auto-addressing should also be done in case of changing the Indoor unit PCB.Use a firm stool or ladder when cleaning or maintain-ing the air conditioner. • Be careful and avoid personal injury.Do not insert hands or other objects through the air inlet or outlet while the air conditioner is plugged in. • There are sharp and moving parts that could cause per-sonal injury.Avoid a place where rain may enter since the HR unit is for indoor• There is risk of property damage, failure of product or elec-tric shock.Install the HR unit at a place in which it is not affected by operation mode changing noise.• Installation within cell such as meeting room etc, may dis-turb business due to noise.Sor Juana lnés de la Cruz No. 555Col. Holes from the outside through to the cavity should be sealed. The housing should slope down towards the rear by about 5mm to allow water formed during operation to drain.Step 3Install the housing into the wall and secure. Ensure the foam seals are not damaged. Flash, seal or fill gaps around the inside and outside to provide satisfactory appearance and protection against the weather, insects and rodents.Installation1.Slide the unit into the housing until it is firmly against the rear of the housing. Frosting of the evaporator may occur during the spring and autumn months if there is a considerable temperature drop or during cool weather. If so, turn the operation switch to “MED FAN”. LineGuard 2200产品由一套Fisher ROC300系列远距离操作控制器和FlashPAC流量管理硬件和固件组成。
一套两用户程序可提供LineGuard功能。
Fisher公司的Windows RocLink负责进行压力监控、数据记录和阀门控制;Daniel产业公司的SpectraCom负责Modbus信息处理。
可提供客户定义型显示器,对两种程序的运行进行配置和监控。

有两个页面,LINEGUARD STATUS用于显示报警设定实时报警情况,激活的报警可以在这个页面中清除。
第二个页面叫做“LOG/ALARM SETUP”,在这个页面中主要事件周期、次要事件周期和平均采样周期可以被设定。
激活主要和次要事件报警,设定设定值为合适的值。
分别点击应用、刷新、确认按钮,保存设置。
7、选择V ALVE CONTROL选项。
有两个页面,第一个叫做LINEGUARD valve control,在这个页面中可以设置每个电磁阀的带电时间,点击APPLY。
第二个页面为EVENT CONTROL,选择需要的自动关断的功能的开启,将事件周期设定为合适值,选择OK并确认已保存设定。

“平均压力”将归档保存在“大事件”和“小事件”数据记录中。
3.3 压降速率计算(RoD)LineGuard装置能对管线的压力降作出反映。
能按最后一分钟“平均压力”的变化计算压降速率(RoD),且每个采样周期(5秒)产生一个计算结果。
按“平均采样周期”将压降速率倒换成一个“平均RoD”。
RoD计算用的“平均采样周期”等于计算平均压力所采用的采样周期。
用“平均RoD”检测“大事件”和“小事件”管线破裂情况。
“平均RoD”将归档保存在“大事件”和“小事件”数据记录中。
3.4 数据记录LineGuard 装置可保存4种记录:“小事件数据记录”, “大事件数据记录”, “事件记录” 和“报警记录”.3.5 小事件数据记录当一个小事件报警被激活并产生报警时,就可执行一个小事件记录。
报警条件包括小于小事件低压设定值的“平均压力”,大于小事件高压设定值的“平均压力”和大于小事件RoD设定值的“平均RoD”。
小事件记录设定值和报警驱动标志可由用户配置。
一个完整的“小事件记录”包括有起始时间标注(MM/DD/YY HH:MM:SS), 60平均压力值和60 平均RoD 值。
这些值都按用户配置的“小事件记录周期”储存在记录中。
小事件记录的有效记录周期有:30 秒,1 分, 2 分, 3 分, 4 分和5分。
在每个记录周期,当前“平均压力” 和“平均RoD” 都被写入小事件记录中。
一个小事件记录将不断地把“平均压力”和“平均RoD”值编档保存,直至记录完60个值(完整记录)为止,不管报警条件是否持续。
一旦一个记录达到完整(收满60个值),该记录就会编档保存到存储器中。
如果该小事件记录报警条件继续保持激活状态,则另外的记录就会激活。
本装置中总共可储存100 个小事件记录。
小事件数据记录为滚动记录,一旦记满了全部100个记录,最早的记录就会被最新的记录改写。
小事件记录数据库在一个大事件记录报警条件激活之后,也会结束50个记录(每个记录60个值),并且一直到用户手动清除该大事件记录报警状态之前不会恢复。
3.6 大事件数据记录当一个大事件报警得到激活并产生报警和当该事件持续时间足够时,就会产生一个“大事件记录”。
报警条件包括小于大事件低压设定值的“平均压力”,大于大事件高压设定值的“平均压力”, 和大于大事件RoD 设定值的“平均RoD” 。
大事件记录设定值和报警驱动标志和事件持续时间可由用户配置。
一个完整的“大事件记录”包括有时间标注(MM/DD/YY HH:MM:SS), 大事件报警激活前的30个“平均压力”值和30 个“平均RoD” 值和大事件报警激活后的30个“平均压力” 值和30 个“平均RoD” 值。
该时间标注将表明管线破裂的实际时间。
LineGuard装置中只能保存一个大事件记录。
在用户手动清除该大事件报警状态之前,大事件记录将会得到保持,且不会被改写。
事件数值按用户配置的大事件记录周期储存在记录中。
一个大事件记录的有效记录周期有5 秒, 10秒, 15 秒和30 秒。
在每个记录周期,当前“平均压力”和“平均RoD” 会写入该大事件记录中。
3.7 事件记录设定值或影响程序操作之参数的改变会触发“事件记录”。
事件记录功能由标准的ROC或FloBoss固件执行。
事件记录项中包括的条件有:为改变阀门位置、改变设定值和改变对LineGuard的操作有影响的远程和就地指令。
可用事件记录建立LineGuard状态和管线阀门操作的历史资料。
事件记录的最多记录项可达240项,而且产生的新事件会改写老的数据。
3.8 报警记录超过操作范围和设定值时会激活“报警记录”。
报警记录功能由标准的ROC或FloBoss固件执行。
报警记录能收集和储存与操作员修改请求没有直接关系的数据。
报警项包括蓄电池低压条件和任何其他输入值高点与低点条件。
报警记录可储存达240项报警,而且新的报警会改写老的报警项。
当一个小事件或大事件报警呈激活状态,当一个小事件或大事件报警呈等待状态和当阀门受驱动自动关闭时,也会产生一个报警项。
计算程序能建立下列用户文本方式报警。
“Auto Close Init”,能显示驱动阀门自动关闭的时间。
“Major Low”,能显示大事件低报警呈激活状态或待用状态的数值和时间。
“Major RoD”,能显示大事件RoD报警呈激活状态或待用状态的数值和时间。
“Major High”,能显示大事件高报警呈激活状态或待用状态的数值和时间。
“Minor Low”,能显示小事件低报警呈激活状态或待用状态的数值和时间。
“Minor RoD”,能显示小事件RoD报警呈激活状态或待用状态的数值和时间。
“Minor High”,能显示小事件高报警呈激活状态或待用状态的数值和时间。
3.9 关机控制用户计算程序还能在检测到管线大破裂时负责阀门的自动关闭。
3.10 管线破裂检测可用“平均压力”和“平均RoD” 检测每个采样周期(5秒)的管线破裂情况。
在满足以下4种条件下阀门会被驱动自动关闭:一项大事件报警被激活,激活的大事件报警保持时间达到配置的“事件持续时间”,该事件的自动关闭被启动,和定义为“关闭输出”。
大事件记录将继续记录数据,直至记满后停止记录。
对“事件持续时间”可从0秒到1800秒(30分)进行配置。
如果在“事件持续时间”周期中“平均压力”或“平均RoD”回复到允许水平,则阀门不会关闭,正常压力监控会恢复。
图2-1. 报警记录文本一旦检测到管线破裂情况,阀门会关闭,一个大事件记录会写入,然后所有的记录功能和阀门控制功能会停止。
在正常压力监控、记录和恢复之前,用户一定要设置“重设大事件记录(Reset Major Log)”标志。
如果定义为“打开输出(Open Output)”,用户可通过设定“手动打开标志(Manual Open Flag)”就地或远程打开阀门。
如果不定义为“打开输出”,则用户必须现场手动打开阀门。
3.11 阀门控制通过设定“手动关闭标志(Manual Close Flag)”或“手动打开标志”,可以远程和就地打开和关闭控制阀。
当设定为“手动打开标志”时,所配置的“打开输入”会受到激励并按“打开持续时间(Open Duration)”予以保持。
当设定为“手动关闭标志”时,所配置的“关闭输入”会受到激励并按“关闭持续时间(Close Duration)”予以保持。
“打开持续时间”和“关闭持续时间”的值,可在5秒到1800秒(30分)之间进行配置。
高压条件、低压条件或高压降速率条件都会驱动阀门自动关闭。
在自动关闭得到驱动后,即使有利的压力变化,也不会使“关闭输出”失效,阀门将继续执行关闭指令。
只要将报警类型的“自动关闭(Auto-closure)”设定为失效,任何或所有这些关闭控制指令一个个都会失效。
即使自动关闭失效,程序仍然会继续执行其他所有功能,但“关闭输出”的激活除外。
对限位开关的输入可按打开和关闭两种操作方式配置。
在阀门关闭期间,程序将对“关闭限位开关(Close Limit Switch)”的状态(如果配置有的话)进行监控,并在限位开关状态激活时使“关闭输出”失效。
如果不定义为关闭限位开关输入,则在整个关闭持续时间周期内关闭输出都会保持激励状态。
在阀门打开期间,程序将对“打开限位开关(Open Limit Switch)”的状态(如果配置有的话)进行监控,并在限位开关状态激活时使“打开输出”失效。
如果不定义为打开限位开关输入,则在整个打开持续时间周期内打开输出都会保持激励状态。
4 主要硬件4.1 控制器主要控制装置有:Fisher ROC312 远程操作控制器和FlashPAC 存储模块,12 V DC 预置输出Output I/O 模块, DB9 本地配置和操作用串行连接,本地数据记录下载用的DB9 第二串行连接,或远程配置、操作和数据信息下载用的任选调制解调器。
注意! 安装调制解调器将无法连接DB9第二串行连接. 虽然仍能进行就地配置和操作,但数据信息检索只能通过调制解调器进行。
4.2 变送器标准压力变送器为Druck 型PTX-1240。
这种变送器的压力范围为0 – 2000 PSI。
供电电压为9 – 30 V DC,输出电流为4 – 20 毫安,操作温度为–40 ℉~+185 ℉。
与变送器的压力连接采用½ NPTF,内螺纹,连接位置在LineGuard 2200 机壳的底部。
4.3 电磁阀操作机构标准的电磁阀操作机构为Peter-Paul 型OELL53GGDXCCM 12D。
