选型时注意事项:
一、选型时提供开启压力、使用介质、使用温度。 二、提供参数要求选型计算时,要求提供的参数如下: 1.安全阀制造标准 国家标准GB/T 美国标准 ASME Ⅰ、ASMEⅧ、API 2.法兰标准 国家标准GB9113-2005、JB79-94、HG20592-2009系列和HG20615-2009系列、 SH3406-96
四、安全阀的形式:客户指定型号,要对一下与介质有无矛盾,这里主要看介质的特性: 1.从介质的状态分:蒸汽选用开窗式,主要是蒸汽没有毒、不会燃烧且有较高的温度, 选择用开窗式安全阀便于散热;气体选择用全启式,空气和惰性气体可以选用开窗式,有毒 有害易燃易爆有害大气气体有腐蚀性的介质选用密闭式,当排放量很小时可以选用微启式; 液体选用封闭微启式,当采用美标标准时一般全部是封闭全启式。 2.从排放量要求分:蒸汽选用排量大用于容器、锅炉选用全启式即A28、A48、A68型, 排量小用于管路、热水锅炉可以选用微启式即A27、A47型;空气和惰性气体选排量大用 A28、A42和A48都可以,排量小选用A11、A21型;有毒有害易燃易爆有害大气气体的介质 排量大选用A42、A44型,排量小选用A11、A21、A22且要用A27和A28改,当用普通A21 改时必须加O形圈密封调节螺母。 3.从介质的腐蚀性强度分:全部采用封闭式安全阀,气体用全启式,液体用微启式,腐 蚀性强的介质为了保护弹簧必要时加波纹管保护。 五.有排放压力和回座压力要求时: 1.弹簧安全阀排放压力:蒸汽≤1.03整理定压力,空气或其他气体≤1.1整理定压力,水或其 他液体≤1.2整定压力。 2.回座压力和启焊硬质合金; H密封面堆焊铬13系列不锈钢; F密封面材料氟塑料; M密封面材料蒙乃尔合金; T密封面材料铜合金; Hc密封面材料哈氏合金C; Hb密封面材料哈氏合金B; Hx密封面材料硬软双重密封(硬质合金与氟橡胶); X密封面材料氟橡胶O形圈密封; W密封面材料为本体加工; N密封面材料为特种材料(特别说明:我们安全阀与常规阀门有所不同一般是指尼龙塑 料,安全阀表示特种如双相钢等) 七.第七组表示压力等级: 美标用Lb来表示 国标用10倍兆帕单位(MPa)数值表示 八.第八组表示阀体材料: C表示碳钢WCB; P表示304或CF8不锈钢; P3表示304L或CF3不锈钢;

1.美标阀门和国标阀门的区别介绍国标阀门公称直径的单位为mm,美标阀门公称直径的单位为in(英寸),还有就是对法兰的要求。

按照美国标准设计,制造,生产、检测的阀门,美国标准很多成为世界标准,国标很多都剽窃美国标准,阀门这块ASTM 材料标准;ASME 压力设计制造标准;API 阀门制造,设计,生产,检测标准,主要应用与石油化工行业;MSS 通用阀门的系列标准;ANSI 美国国标;ISO 国际标准。

大的项目都采用美标。

采购时强调美标阀门,买国产阀门怕跟美标不匹配,所以采购时强调是美标阀门,管你国产还是美国产,无所谓,重要的是标准和质量。

美标安全阀门的主要参数公称通径:NPS(in) 1/2" - 12"压力级:CLASS 150 - 600适用介质及温度:液体,气体≤300℃硝酸类,醋酸类气体≤200℃蒸气≤550℃安全阀是为了防止压力设备和容器或易引起压力升高或容器内部压力超过限度而发生爆裂的安全装置。

安全阀是压力容器、锅炉、压力管道等压力系统使用广泛的一种安全装置,保证压力系统安全运行。

当容器压力超过设计规定时,安全阀自动开启,排出气体降低器内的过高压,防止容器或管线破坏。

而当容器内的压力降至正常操作压力时,即自动关闭避免因容器超压排出全部气体,从而造成浪费和生产中断。

安全阀主要由阀座、阀瓣(阀芯)和加载机构三部分组成。

阀座有的和阀体是一个整体,有的是和阀体组装在一起的,它与设备连通。

阀瓣常连带有阀杆,它紧扣在阀座上。

阀瓣上面是加载机构,载荷的大小可以调节。

当设备内的压力在一定的工作压力范围之内时,内部介质作用于阀瓣上面的力小于加载机构加在阀上面的力,两者之差构成阀瓣与阀座之间的密封力,使阀瓣紧压着阀座,设备的介质无法排出。

当设备内的压力超过规定的工作压力并达到安全阀的开启压力时,内部介质作用于闹瓣上面的力大于加载机构施加在它上面的力,于是阀瓣离开阀座,安全阀开启,设备内的介质即通过阀座排出、如果安全阀的排量大于设备的安全泄放量,设备内压力即逐渐下降,而且通过短时间的排气后,压力即降回至正常工作压力。
