大家下午好!

今天我说课的内容是冀教版初中英语七年级上册unit8 lesson45China。下面我将从教材分析,目标确立,教法分析及教学过程四个方面谈谈我对本课的教学设想及相关理论依据。

一、教材分析

冀教版教材为中加合编教材,由DC加拿大国际交流中心围绕加拿大学生詹妮,小恐龙丹尼和中国学生李明的学习生活和友情交流而展开,语言地道,语境充足。教材侧重培养学生的跨文化意识,使学生在理解和尊重外国文化,增强跨文化交际意识和能力的同时,更加热爱祖国的文化。每个单元围绕主话题设计六篇课文,每篇课文都是主话题下的一个子话题,话题及语言不断重复,呈螺旋上升。本单元的话题为国家基本情况介绍,涵盖了世界上主要的说英语的国家:加拿大、美国、英国、澳大利亚。本节课中,琼斯先生与詹妮就一幅中国地图进行了谈论,了解中国的语言、首都、国旗、国宝动物以及代表性建筑——长城、故宫等。本课中,学生将学会用特殊疑问句来提出问题,并能用简单的英语介绍自己的国家或其它喜欢的国家,培养学生在现实生活中口头描述方位的表达能力,以及在预习时积极查找与所学内容相关的知识的学习策略。

二、目标确立

为了让学生在本节课的学习过程中逐步掌握英语知识和技能,提高语言实际运用能力和人文素养,我将本节课的教学目标确立为:1.熟练掌握介绍国家基本情况的常用词汇及对基本情况提问的表达方式。2.让学生在共同完成一些交流,合作等任务中,强化团体协作意识。

本课的教学重点是:1.帮助学生了解掌握一些常见的介绍国家基本情况的表达方式。2.要求学生能熟练掌握对国家基本情况提问的相关问句。

教学难点是:1.指导学生学会口头流利的用英语询问及回答国家基本情况的对话。2.指导学生学会从地理位置、国旗、首都等方面用短文形式介绍自己的国家。

三、教法分析

课堂教学方法的选择是课堂教学效率高低的关键,科学的学法指导是智能发展目标得以实施的重要途径。冀教版七年级英语教材的语言素材呈现以听说为主,为了学生的听说读写能力得以均衡发展,我在处理教材内容时将本单元的几篇课文进行糅合,把Let’s do it!中的练习与课本教学内容进行取舍,增减,将他们有意识地串联在各个教学环节中,精心设计每一个教学活动,分别从听说读写多种技能角度服务于课文学习。因为第45课课文内容简单,量少,因此在教授这一

课时我串联了其他两课的内容,通过教授46课第一部分,让学生掌握分析此类文章的方法,然后运用此归纳方法小组合作,自学45课。学生在自学后也就自然地掌握了如何介绍自己的国家,为写作能力的提升打好基础。所以我在本节课中主要采用了下列教学方法: 任务教学法,情景交际教学法。

四、教学程序

Step1. Warm up

良好的开端是成功的一半。我认为好的导入也是一节课是否成功的一半,为此我舍弃了教参上建议的针对日常的聊天,如: What day is it today? What's the weather like today? 以“我说你做”的游戏活动为切入口,让学生听指令转向不同方向。调动学生积极性的同时顺带复习巩固了八个方位名词。

设计意图:因为是一节县级公开课,学生思想上难免有些紧张,因此这种游戏的导入方式,可以活跃课堂气氛,让学生积极迅速地进入到英语课的学习氛围中。

Step2. Listening

出示一幅世界地图,告诉学生李明和王梅正在谈论这幅地图。请他们仔细听文章内容,回答两个问题:1.How many countries do they talk about? 2. What are they?

设计意图:这一部分处理lesson43的第二部分。先通过听力来了解几个主要的说英语国家的名称。

Step3. Directions

由中国在世界地图上的位置,引导学生注意地图上不同国家会用不同的颜色标志。接着顺势过渡到询问澳大利亚在中国的哪个方位,引导学生从课本中学习表示方位的表达方式:A +is+方位名词+of +B.因为下面会遇到英国的方位,所以在这里提醒学生注意英国在地图上是以蓝色标注的区域。

设计意图:处理本部分的重点——掌握方位的表达方式。

Step4. Exercise

处理lesson44的let’sdo it!中第二题练习。因为前面部分的输入足够多,估计学生在练习中问题不大,因此核对答案快速带过。

设计意图:练习巩固上面所讲的知识点——方位表达方式。

Step5. New Zealand

让学生在地图上标志出新西兰的位置。

设计意图:通过在地图上标位置,变换方式检测学生是否真正掌握方位表达方式,避免学生疲劳从而丧失兴趣。完成本部分教学。

Step6. Guessing game

让学生猜谜语引出下面要讲的内容——加拿大。

设计意图:此环节继上一标注环节,继续让学生放松紧绷的神经,以便下面高强度的阅读和知识讲解。

Step7. Fast reading

让学生轻声跟读46课第一部分内容,找出李明是从哪几个方面介绍加拿大的。

设计意图:通过判断李明从哪几个方面介绍加拿大,归纳了如何介绍国家基本情况,为下面的写作做好铺垫。

Step8. Careful reading

学生通过仔细自读46课第一部分内容,完成思维导图。核对答案时,通过问题的呈现让学生掌握如何对国家基本情况进行问答。板书问题。

设计意图:培养学生自主学习探究的能力,思维导图的呈现方式帮助学生梳理写作框架,并为下一步实际运用做好铺垫。板书问题是为了帮助学生对目标句式进行总结巩固,为下面学生的输出做好充足的准备。

Step9. Self-reading

自学45课,完成思维导图。两人一组进行问答活动。

设计意图:思维导图为下面的写作搭建框架。问答活动巩固对国家基本情况进行提问的特殊疑问句。

Step10. Presentation

围绕What else do you know about China?这一问题,让学生简单介绍中国一处地方,拓展知识并检测学生预习情况。

设计意图:学习不仅仅发生在课堂,在预习时积极查找与所学内容相关的知识也是英语学习的策略之一。通过布置预习并检测,让学生积极拓展课外知识,学会通过各种途径学习,从而为以后的终身学习埋下伏笔。

Step11. Summary

归纳总结,完成一篇完型填空,主题是介绍加拿大。核对答案。

设计意图:一方面检测本节课学生掌握情况,另一方面为仿写提供参考素材。Step14. Homework

参考完形填空的文章,仿写一篇介绍中国的小短文。
