一、概述
主要用途和工作原理
KBA18W矿用本安型无线网络摄像仪(以下简称“摄像仪”) ，防爆标志为Exib I Mb, 应用于煤矿有甲烷和煤尘爆炸的危险场所中。
该摄像仪允许安装在煤矿井下有甲烷和煤尘爆炸的危险气体环境中，是新型的防爆监控设备，它采用了先进的制造工艺，凭借成熟的质量管理体系作为保证，使得产品的质量和性能在国内为同类行的产品处于领先地位。
KBA18W摄像仪具有体积小，重量轻，低照度，高清晰度，配置灵活等特点。

将视频图像信号采集、压缩、编码，然后通过无线的方式传输到以太网中。
三、安装使用说明
摄像仪安装
在安装前，首先进行全面的检查，查看经运输后是否有螺钉及零部件松动，脱落现象，查看玻璃有无坏点，查看紧定螺钉是否松动，脱落，查看摄像机发射端是否完好，确定设备完好方可安装。
A ）将按装支架固定在岩壁（或棚架）上，然后用螺钉将摄像机固定在安装支架托板的相应位置。
B）固定好天线，使其信号最强。
C）连接好接地线。
要求和注意事项
A 严格按照《煤矿安全规程》的规定进行安装和使用。
B 严禁井下带电开盖.
C 供电电源应符合本产品的要求。
D 检修时,不得随意更改产品元器件的参数、规格、型号。
四、设备操作说明
1.网络摄像机默认的IP地址为，可修改网络摄像机的IP地址。
并将你的计算机IP地址改为与网
络摄像机相同的网段里。
具体步骤是:
参数设置----网络参数-----IP地址及端口更改即可。
2. 测试网络摄像机是否启动正常。
具体的步骤是：【WIN+R】快捷键调出运行命令，在命令行窗口内输入Ping ,若不显示“Request time out”，则表明启动正常。
3. 当用IE浏览器首次访问网络摄像机时，必须临时降低安全设置以便将ActiveX 组件一次性地安装到网络中，从浏览菜单上选择工具Internet选项安全自定义级别ActiveX控件和插件，设置安全级别为低并单击重置。
4. 在IE浏览器地址栏里输入,出现如下图的登录页面：
仔细阅读网页页面提示，若需要安装控件，请单击“下载安装控件”按钮，然后按照提示就可以顺利完成控件的安装。
输入用户名：888888（出厂默认，管理员用户）或1(普通用户)；
输入密码： 888888（出厂默认，管理员密码）或1(普通用户密码)
单击【确定】按钮进入网络摄像机预览的画面。
如下图所示：
实时监视
【网络模式】：TCP和Multicast，可根据自己的需要选择。
【播放实时视频】：单击按钮，预览窗口播放所有通道实时视频.
【停止视频播放】：单击按钮，预览窗口停止播放所有通道实时视频。
【抓图】：单击按钮,可将当前屏幕图像以*.Bmp图像格式保存在本地电脑的C:\temp目录下，图像文件的命名方式为：设备名称+时间，如“video server_1_105210”，图像文件的尺寸大小与图像的分辨率一致。
【本地录像】：单击按钮，系统开始录像，系统会自动在本地电脑的D盘创建以当前日期为命名的文件夹，并将录像文件存放于该文件夹下，录像文件的命名方式为:以时间命名文件夹。
【预览图像尺寸】：单击、、按钮可分别实现预览图像以1倍、2倍、全屏的图像尺寸进行播放，当为全屏时，可单击鼠标右键恢复全屏之前的图像尺寸显示。
【图像缓冲】：单击、、、、、按钮可分别设置图像的缓冲级别为0、5、10、20、50、100，缓冲数字越大，图像的延迟越大，但图像流畅度越好。
录像回放
输入查询录像（本地录像及远程录像）的日期和起始/结束时间，单击“检索”按钮，在文件列表中显示满足查询条件的录像文件。
播放：单击某个录像文件后面的播放按钮，在预览窗口正常播放历史录像，录像播放完毕后预览窗口会停留在最后一帧的图像上。
下载：单击下载下面的按钮可下载远程录像文件。
参数设置
【参数设置】：选中“参数设置”选项，进入参数设置页面，如下图所示：
参数设置包括：基本设置、网络参数、通道参数、报警参数和前端存储。
基本设置：
单击“设备名称”，可修改设备的名称。
单击“日期及时间”所在行，可以设置显示的时间。
单击“用户管理”所在行，可以设置用户名密码。
管理员默认的用户名/密码为:888888/888888，可修改用户名和密码，并单击“确定”按钮；修改用户名密码后需要重新登陆网页，才能浏览实时视频；同样地，还可以修改默认的两个普通用户的用户名密码1/1，2/2。
网络参数设置：
单击“IP地址及端口”所在行，可以修改IP地址、子网掩码、网关、web端口、传输起始端口、远程主机地址及端口、报警主机地址及端口、多播地址及端口等，也可设置web服务端口、UPNP、PPPOE拨号服务是否启动，单击“确定”，再单击左边“存储参数”按钮并重启设备后生效。
连接类型可选：PPPOE拨号，如下图所示：
输入PPPOE用户名，密码设备拨号上网。
DHCP默认为不启用状态。
连接类型可选：【DHCP】，如下图所示：
五、问题及故障解决

六、保养与维修
1.所有电路板的参数不能随意改动，包括所有元器件的电气参数、规格和型号。
2.相应产品只能与说明书中规定的井下设备连接使用，与其他设备连接时须经煤安机关检验。
3.不得自行拆卸，如出现故障，应由专业人员或送制造单位修理。
4. 产品质保一年，超出质保期，需返厂检验后方可使用，否则后果自负。
七、标志、包装、运输和贮存
标志
产品外壳明显处标明防爆标志：Exib I Mb
产品应具备“MA”安全标志（应符合AQ 1043-2007标准）。
外壳后面板明显处应设置铭牌，包括以下内容：

包装
摄像仪整体包装加充填料与随机文件一起装入包装箱内，包装应牢固可靠。
包装箱内应包含下列随机文件：
产品合格证；
使用说明书；（根据GB/T9969-2008编写）
装箱单；
随机备附件清单；
其它技术文件。
运输
包装后的摄像仪在避免日晒、避免雨淋雪袭、避免跌落和碰撞、不得倒置，严防摔掷、翻滚、重压的条件下，可适用于各种运输方式。
贮存
包装好的摄像仪贮存在环境温度-10℃～40℃，相对湿度不大于90％，无腐蚀性气体、无酸碱或其他腐蚀性、爆炸性、易燃性气体通风良好的库房内贮存一年。
