1选择打印机的安装位置
1.将打印机放在水平、稳定大于打印机的平面上，如果打印机倾斜或有一
定的角度，就不能进行正常的工作。

2.请勿将设备靠近水源，如浴室、洗碗机、厨房、洗衣机或在潮湿的地
下室。

3.避免温度和湿度发生剧烈变换的地方，在打印机周围留出足够的空间以
保证彩绘机的通风正常。

4.将彩绘机放置在靠近墙上的插座的地方以使插头容易拔插。

●长期不使用设备，请切断电源。

防止在雷雨天受到电击以及异常电源电
压的损伤。

●长期不使用设备，请用随机附带的防护罩把机器罩起来，防止灰尘和雨
水。

●非专业人员请勿打开前壳。

以免造成电路故障，若有故障，请直接与售
后服务人员联系。

2日常维护
2.1 喷头清洗
本机器具有一项“打开喷嘴检测和补偿“的功能。

该功能有助于保持理想的打印质量，执行多pass打印时，机器会自动检查发生电气故障的喷孔。

需人工检查喷孔的状态，然后选择最适合打印的pass模式。

2.2 清洗图案说明
清洗图案由一些对应每个喷头颜色的彩色条带和斜线构成，在初始样本测试图案中，每个喷孔用一个短水平线代表。

这些短水平线段连在一起即构成一种“阶梯状“图案。

堵塞的喷孔在”阶梯状“图案中显示为短线或指向错误的线段。

存在电气故障的喷孔则显示为实心线条。

在某些模式下，机器可自动检测存在电气故障的喷孔。

StorageIn case of storing the screed and board for a long period of time (for more than 30 days): 3.1 Clean the screed motor and handles.3.2 Remove the board from the screed.3.3 Store the screed and board separately in a clean, dry area.3.4 Cover the screed and board completely with dry tarp.4. The illustrations within this manual are a convenient reference to the location and position of parts in the assembly sequence.• When ordering parts, the following will be required: model number, serial number/lot date code, and description.• The distributor reserves the right to make design changes and/or improvements toproduct lines and manuals without notice.892Fasten each side of the handles tightly using a Size 5 Allen Wrench included.4Secure the lithium battery securely on either side with the clasps.6Adjust the 360° handles to find acomfortable position and tighten in place.1Fit each side of the screed handles into the base of the screed assembly.3Place the lithium battery into it’s dock on top of the screed’s motor.5Connect the throttle cable to the back of the lithium battery securely.108Align the bolts in the base to the holes in the back of the screed blade and fit them through.10Press the circular button to start the screed’s motor.12Go to Page 13 for Tips on How to Wet Screed7To attach the board, fit the bolts through the back of the screed’s base.9To tighten, secure the back of a bolt with a wrench and tighten using a 19mm socket.11Twist the throttle handle to start vibration. How to Wet Screed8.1 Set the Elevation of the Slab8.1.1 Use grade pins (A) to set the height of the slab. Position in the middle of the pour.8.1.2 To set the elevation around the walls, use chalk lines or expansion joints.8.1.3 In areas where there are no walls, use form boards to set the elevation.8.2 Make Wet Pads8.2.1 Use the float to create wet pads around all of the grade pins (A).Make sure that the distance between the wet pads is shorter than the length of the blade being used.8.2.2 Form rows (B) with the blade to smooth from one wet pad to the next.8.2.3 After all of the rows are formed, run the screed blade oﬀ of the two rows leveling the previously untouched concrete (C) in between. 3.4 保养墨水和喷头
1.只接触喷头的塑料部位，触摸其铜质接电触面或喷墨嘴会损害喷头。

2.确保喷头内的墨水与贮墨瓶子内的墨水一致。

3.切勿混合不同的墨水。

4.切勿晃动墨水加灌容器。

5.任何时候尽可能都是将墨水和喷头与彩绘机存放在相同的环境中。

6.拆卸喷头时，不要将其长时间暴露在空气中，否则会堵塞喷嘴。

请把原始胶
带贴在喷嘴片上。

把喷头置于喷头箱或密封塑料袋内，然后放置在室温下密闭环境中。

避免阳光直射。

7.仅当安装工作准备完毕后，再开启新喷头。

8.推荐使用绘芯品牌的墨水和喷头。

9.绘制含有黑色和其它颜色的图像时，要求对喷头相互位置进行较准。

3.6 保管墨水及墙面处理液
如果不使用，请将墨水及墙面处理液放在原包装内，并置于阴凉干燥处。

存放的外部环境需保持稳定：不要过热或过冷，并避免潮湿。

储存温度 0℃- 60℃ ，储存湿度 10% - 90% 。

如果环境条件超出了墨水及墙面处理液建议的存储范围，墨水及墙面处理液则可能失效。

加墨水或者做墙面处理液时，请带上手套！墨水及墙面处理液易吸附在皮肤上，并且较难清洁干净。
